My Staffy, Lucie, couldn't be happier! I ordered a medium size Kong Safestix for her, and it has proven to be a wild success. She is highly motivated to run and fetch, so is getting heaps of great exercise; we are improving her drop it skills; and I feel so much happier that she isn't getting a potentially harmful mouthful of splintered wood as she grabs the stick. The medium size is perfect for tug of war, or running around with a friend; and the bright red colour is easy to spot in the grass, so we haven't lost it yet!

My dog has a chewing obsession. Most ropes, plastic toys, tennis balls don’t last long. I got this hoping it will satisfy his urge. It’s definitely a king product & last forever. However it’s not his favorite go to toy. When he is going a little chew & bite berserk I put this in his mouth & it seems to calm his attitude.

My Monty is a super chewer and is very rough on toys so I have to be selective of what I buy for him. He absolutely loves these sticks and will play with them all day long. I found I need to buy 2 at a time because he won’t give them up, so while he has one in his mouth I’ll throw the other and he’ll go fetch it and bring it back. Most importantly is that they stand up to his strong-jawed chewing and tug-of-war games and are still perfectly intact, even after months of constant play. I highly recommend these for most super chewers. While Monty is a very tough chewer, he is a small French Bulldog, so this may not be appropriate for some very large dogs with strong jaws.
