This has been the best value for money of all the toys we have bought. The dental but seems superfluous as she never uses it, but she really loves chewing the rope. She hasn't destroyed it in the 2 weeks we have had her, but it's had a good bit of wear and tear- she seems to love the soft cotton rope.

My Beagle boys share this toy and absolutely love it. They play with it together most of the time. It keeps them occupied. Great value for money.

I like that the rubber section has the KONG durability but my pup chewed through the rope in 2 days. Would be better with a tougher, nylon rope for extreme chewers but at least I can replace that myself and keep the toy for it's intended purpose. Alternatively, stuff the hollow section with food/treats when the rope is destroyed.

My dog (Staffy x) chewed through the rope nearly straight away then started chewing pieces of rubber off it. Not as durable as advertised.
2 year old Harrier destroyed the rope section within minutes (cheap synthetic fibres). Rubber section still fairly ok a few days later and holds peanut butter well; probably won't last the week though.
My dog gnawed through the rope part in a matter of minute (she did enjoy it though lol$ & won't touch the rubber part. Not nearly worth the money.
Would not recommend for chewers. I left it alone for 5 minutes and was chewed in half. Smaller than picture. Overpriced for a piece of rope and little rubber toy.
Worst toy I could have expected from Kong! The structure of the toy was made like no other so putchasing this for the price it was was inevitable!! I was not happy with how it fell aPart from the rope and how the expensive king liquid cheese for it lasted maybe 4 seconds!! $30!?? BS!
Zeus LOVES tug toys and toys he can throw for himself. This meets the need. It is very tough and is still holding up well.
The rope got destroyed in about 5 minutes, the rubber piece is still going strong
