I bought this for my little dachshund who seems to chew threw every toy she's given. She managed to tear a hole into it within the first day. That is actually a record for her, usually a toy doesn't last an hour. I like the rope inside of it. However, There is a squeaker in it and there is a small amount of stuffing. My dog of course found the stuffing and said squeaker. The toy would be perfect without that stuff added to it.

This lasted my dog about one-two weeks, but he had a lot of fun with it while it lasted. I think the rope encouraged him to chew, he always picks at the knots on toys. He has a different stuffy that he's had for years and is pretty gentle with it, but this definitely became a bight and destroy toy very quickly, he wanted to get the rope skeleton out. Lots of fun and I'd get it again with the understanding that it's a burst of fun and not something we'll be able to keep. Once the fox broke open - stuffing went everywhere, it doesn't look like there's much in it when it's intact, but boy

Our 2 y/o German shepherd hasn't been able to have plush or soft toys since he was about 6 months old. He would saw them into shreds. The first thing he did when he got this was remove the ears. He must have done it quickly because I watch him and cut off the ears, arms, legs with scissors before he removes them himself. But he did it before I saw him. So first day the ears are gone. Then fox got a few rips in the bottom. But he's been playing with this for days and it is still pretty much intact. He squeeks it himself and sometimes carrys it around or falls asleep with it. Glad to finally have a soft toy for him that lasts longer than 30 minutes. It was a little more than I wanted to spend but it has lasted longer than anticipated so it was worth it in the long run.
