Overall I feel 3/5 is an accurate score to give this item. The pressure washer itself is great and perfect for the jobs I need it for, the other parts of it are inadequate.My bundle arrived with a damaged hose and a damaged T-Racer. Credit where credit's due to Karcher, I reported it and was acknowledged and sent replacements without hassle (thank you).The hose itself is terrible - go and get yourself a flexible version for circa £50.The T-Racer does do a great job but it is so fragile. As previously mentioned mine arrived damaged (the plastic inside holding the brush was snapped) but even following the instructions carefully to not use the T-Racer to brush I managed to damage mine and now the brush bit goes up inside the T-Racer making it useless and at over ... I'm so gld I got them the floor washer was great and stopped dirt squirming everywhere and the car washbrush was good too. The machine works a treat.Two complants. The only 2 negatives are the hose pipe connection comes lose and leaks so have to keep lighting it up and once the hose is on the gun I can't get it off as the yellow release button looks like it is nearly broken stuck in after jyst trying to remove it.Positives are for £169. 00 I got such a fantastic deal it has wash and waxed my car. I contacted karcher about this and it turns out the heads with the green nozzles aren’t compatible to my machine although it all came has one set?I apparently needed grey nozzles so I was told that they would sent me them straight out 3-5 days, 5 days later and still no sign so I contacted them again and it now turns out they are out of stock.So I basically bought this model with this head that won’t even work where I could have saved money and just bought the k-4 machine.I thought after all this hassle I’d be offered some kind of compensation maybe a bottle of cleaner but not a thing. ... It’s quick to set up, the functions are straight forward and the machine on the whole is easy to use. It’s full of power and makes light work of the patio, drive and car. I typically take the car to the local jet wash (£10-12 each time I might add!) but I struggle to remove the tar and little fly corpses, however the Karcher hand held car wash tool got rid of 95% of it with no absolutely no trouble. I get the feeling that if I do it regularly the results will get better each time. My car is literally gleaming. Unfortunately the inner packaging had items that were not secure in the box. Unfortunately my new jet washer was scratched and marked leaving it having a "second hand look" right out of the box.
