Bought my K5 compact as Toolstation price was very competitive and I didn’t need a pressure washer with all the clutter. The K5 is more powerful than the Titan it’s replaced, whether it’ll last longer remains to be seen. If there are any obvious weaknesses the lance doesn’t feel robust as it’s plastic but as it’s not heavy it’s easy to use for extended periods. Another major problem is the supplied hose which is plastic and a nightmare to keep untangled. Watch out for your cars paintwork. This is probably the first thing I’d replace, other than that the K5 strikes me as a good buy. Compact and powerful and good value from a well known brand

Bought primarily to clean our resin drive and paths so didn’t want anything under powered. Really happy we chose this model, it is compact so easy to store but no compromise on power. It’s done a great job on the resin but also on the York stone patio and paths. The choice of two lances give complete control on the pressure used for different tasks and the hose length to the lance from the unit is sufficient to allow cleaning without constantly moving the unit. It seems robust but only time will tell. We are very pleased with our purchase so far. Delivery was very quick and the website and payment was straight forward.

Not being on mains drainage and having sewage pipes with a less than ideal fall (gradient) we need to regularly clean these pipes. The K5 Compact having the water cooled motor means that the unit doesn't overheat when used continuously for an hour or two. The automatic motor stop on releasing the trigger does mean we can communicate around the end of the house. The fast trigger and motor stop definitely help when you accidentally pull the drain cleaning hose out of the sewage pipe and it begins to thrash about in the inspection pit spraying everywhere.I personally saw no ... The Full Control model uses Karcher Plug 'n Clean 1Lt bottles but these are not that cheap. The 5Lt containers are are only twice the 1Lt bottle price.So for the the more economical cost without the unwanted frills of the more expensive models the K5 Compact suits my needs.

Great powerful small compact Karcher. I was little worry and I was sceptical before buying. I needed powerful device mainly to wash my car. After 1st using I am sure I will not to use a car wash anymore. My wife needed to clean patio; no problem at all. WORKING GREAT. Thank You. Small powerful device and no needed big space to keep it. I RECOMMEND.
Bought the Karcher K5 compact to replace my old K2. It's very sturdy and with 145 bar pressure I soon completed all the jobs I needed to do, very impressed. It can be positioned upright or lying down long and the 8 Mtr gun hose makes it very easy to get around while using it. The rotary dirt blaster makes it very easy to blend in cleaning traces, very much more easy to control the work. Very pleased with this purchase and can fully recommend this model.

Decided more power less features was better budget.Small compact unit easy enough to carry & transport, does have somewhere to wrap the hose & store the lances although you do have to manually coil them up. Unfortunately one design fault is that there is no dedicated holder for the power cable & you end up hanging the coiled cable over the lance in it's holder. Works OK but poor design.Performance wise, it was well worth going for the higher power & more liters/minute model as this really does make a difference to what it will do.Cleaned embedded lichen off a boat, a winters worth of green off the patio, the very soiled concrete yard at work & lots of filthy cars.Would I recommend this, yes deffinately, it's ... Great jetwash. Very powerful. Wish karcher would make hose a tad more flexible. Also my adapter for nilfisk to karcher works mint. My cobra fits so save buying one. The karcher is light, powerful and good long leads. I just hope it lasts. Toolstation are great with warranty. So I'm super happy and great price.

For years we'd used our Karcher 340, but it was hard work with the wand. So we decided to upgrade. The difference was amazing. With the extra power and the amazing turbo nozzle, weeds and dirt were flying in all directions and the block pavers were as clean and pink as the day they were laid. We were wet and filthy, as was everything around, but it was effortless, and with its wheels and handle the machine was easy to move around. Had a K4 for over 10yrs and a petrol pressure washer. Both have died and needed something to tackle cars and stone work. Really wanted the K7, but Bought the K5 solely on the reduced price. Wow I'm impressed!!!! For a compact model its got loads of power, perfect for washing the car and getting the ingrained dirt of. A brilliant size to store away and now has a tidy space to wrap the hose and power cord around.Over all, a Brillant machine!!!
Think i got the last one in the southeast. Such a good price for this much power. Think the k5 compact is discontinued but i could be wrong. If you want to pay extra for pointless features like bluetooth and accessories youll probabaly never need get the newer k5 versions. This is great. Driveway came up so clean without any chemicals. Just water
