L'Oreal Age Perfect Rehydrating Day Cream 50ml

I’ve only just changed to this night cream, it seems a really pleasant product to use on my sensitive skin, even though it doesn’t go on as richly as some more expensive creams. I particularly like that it is not strongly perfumed, & for the money it represents excellent value. Nicely presented, the “Age Perfect” range is good for any age group.

The texture of this Age Perfect Collagen Expert Rehydrating Day Cream is extremely thick and contains lots of light reflective micro shimmer particles which enhances the luminosity and radiance of the skin. I found that it definitely improved skin elasticity, made it more supple, plumped and intensely hydrated.I'm almost 48 with combination skin which varies between normal/dry with an oil prone T-zone and on no makeup days, the moisturiser made my entire face oily after a few hours wear which felt heavy and uncomfortable. I do love the inclusion of collagen, especially as someone who is peri menopausal and needs this ingredient but it's not a moisturiser I would continue to use once this lovely opaque glass jar is finished. I think it would be a good idea to consider creating a lighter, perhaps gel like consistency as I feel quite a few people won't be able to use such a heavy cream during the warmer months.

I was looking for some moisturiser that didn't leave my skin feeling dry. At 55 this seems to be an issue. I brought this as the reviews were good and I've been using it for the last 2 or so weeks and I'm already seeing the results. I am very happy with my purchase.
