If you eat they will come off, if you kiss someone, they will get some, etc. lol Most lip products don't last long, but I have had lipsticks in the past that last a few hours even after drinking/eating, This one is not one of them. If you are looking for a lipstick that will give you the benefits of a lip balm but me more moisturizing and give you more color, then you will love this. Do not expect lasting power or bright color, think of this as a luxurious treatment for your lips. I loved it so much that after buying one, I went to get three more. :)

I received three L’Oréal Colour Riche Shine lipsticks to trial, and boy was I super excited! I’ve always been the type of gal to pick a matte lipstick over a gloss but after receiving these to try, they’ve completely changed my mind! When I think of a gloss, I picture my hair being completely stuck to my lips, however these lipsticks are not the case. The formula is super creamy, hydrating and DO NOT HAVE A STICKY FEEL! Yes that’s correct, no sticky feel! They glides on beautifully, giving you a lot of pigment in one application. These lipsticks are high shine, formulated with glossy oils and vivid pigments, I can confirm they are the most comfortable and hydrating lipstick that feels like a nourishing lip balm. This lipstick is one my favourite go to drugstore lipsticks. The shade ranges these lipsticks come in are incredible as for it has shades to suit almost every skin tone. This lipstick is very pigmented and super moisturizing to the lips. The shade I am wearing in this photo is one of my absolute favourite shades of netural pinks called Varnished Rosewood. It is so easy to match any eye look with this lipstick shade. The hydration and moisture provided by any of the three was enough protection for my lips from the harsher effects of winter weather. \nMy lips were left very smooth, hydrated and felt refreshed after application every time I've used these lipsticks. \nThe three lipstick colours provided work well for several looks:\n. daily wear with '121 Only in Paris' (this colour applied a bit brighter of a pink than the actual lipstick colour)\n. modern /chic '643 Hot IRL' (great for brunch, lunch time coffee or modern evening dates)\n. sultry/ vintage date night looks using '350 Insanesation' (this turned out to be my favourite of the three, the colour is bluer red than L’Oréal 'Eva's Pure Red' and leaves the lips feeling more hydrated than the formula in Eva's Pure Red). \nWhen it comes to ease of wear with these lipsticks the trick is to line the lips, apply lipstick, blot with a tissue then reapply lipstick again. If you are worried about the lipstick transfer/are planning to eat while wearing these lipsticks, then I would highly recommend purchasing some 'Lipcote' to wear over the lipstick. As the lipstick is so hydrating the Lipcote top layer wont effect your lips which will still be very hydrated, but the Lipcote will stop 98% of the lipstick transfer when eating (answer to a problem right there). \nThe coverage from these lipsticks is very good and I can honestly recommend the product especially for winter time use. Available colours are suitable for a range of situations and can work with many different skin shades which is pleasing. \nChanges to the product scent (and taste) shows that care has been taken by L’Oréal to provide a product within their lipstick lines for those who may have chosen to previously stay away from L’Oréal lipsticks because of the usual floral scent. \nMy overall score for these lipsticks would be 8. 5/10 :). \n

I am a bold red lip kind of a gal but when I want something easy with no fuss I think this is the winner supreme. the color is more strawberry pudding than strawberries so don't be alarmed by the color in the tube it gives a punch of bright happy color when applied, i haven't yet but I bet you could use it as a cream blush in a pinch. will it last all day? no. but for a shiny finish (i'd say somewhere between a satin and a gloss) it didn't travel around my lips and its super easy to reapply even with no mirror.really like the packaging it has a satisfying click when the cap goes in place feels like it will stay together in a purse or pocket, smells like makeup (no particular perfumy smell or taste), ...
