First two pictures are day one of using the purple and fuchsia semi permanent dyes. The last two pictures are after 2 months and about 40 washes later. The fuchsia is
especially still very vibrant. Granted my hair is very light so it took color amazingly. It was easy to apply. It didnt damage my hair at all and its fun. Just wish semi permanent
didnt act like completely permanent. It said it would last about 15 washes on the box. I guess i got my moneys worth and then some. It looks cute, so i cant be upset.

I have dark black hair, so only a few colours would work for me. The purple one of them, and I actually like. The colour was very vibrant. It really showed a pop of colour even
with a light spray. What I didn’t like about it is that it works like hairspray. You have to style your hair before you apply it, because once you spray it on, your hair will stay fixed
that way. it’s a heavy or strong hold hairspray. Because it is in spray format I did find it difficult to be more precise. I was trying to do highlights on my hair. So I had to make
sure that I was covering up parts of my hair that I didn’t want to be colored. Once you apply it, you also can brush your hair out. Those are the limitation, but it’s ... Show more

I've been using these colors for almost a year now on a few bleached pieces and I don't understand all the hate in the reviews because for me and my friends who use it we
all love it. I love the pinks because they fade really nice into different shades of pink without going brassy. The blues and the purples on my hair fade almost silver before
going back to the bleach. My hair is on the porous side so it really only lasts about five washes but I wash my hair once a week so it's perfect for me. I also use this product on
my 8 year old niece who has very natural blonde hair and it comes out every time. We have never experienced any staining on our hair or on our skin and I am ... Show more

I also used it on my daughter because she wanted to colour her hair, and, of course, since she was only seven, I didn’t want to put anything permanent, or anything that would need to touch her scalp and somehow be absorbed by Her’s sensitive skin. It works really well for that.... Show more

Bright, long lasting color. Very neon and glittery
22 December 2023
I've been consistently dying my hair pink for a couple years now and I usually use the iroiro neon pink, but when I just want to get my hair done without going into town to buy dye, I sometimes just use this colorista from the grocery store. It goes on great and the color is very vibrant on my bleached hair. The metallic pink is a VERY neon color. The color lasts pretty long on me, up to a month, and fades out to be mostly blonde. I do have a permanent pink stain on my hair because of the consistent coloring so I can't really speak to whether or not it truly fades to nothing, though. But or you're like me and you DON'T want a temporary color, this works well in a pinch 👍. I will say, though, at least for the metallic colors, there is some kind of glittery in the ... MoreI've been consistently dying my hair pink for a couple years now and I usually use the iroiro neon pink, but when I just want to get my hair done without going into town to buy dye, I sometimes just use this colorista from the grocery store. Color strength reduces in the tube (shelf-life)
13 February 2024
I like to make a small stripe of indigo on my naturally white/gray hair. I only use a small amount of the tube at a time, so the tube last at least a year. The first 6 months or so I got great color that last longer than a month, then gradually faded away. As I used up the tube, I didn't get the same results; instead I got less intense coverage that was gone after only 1 or 2 washings. I bought a second tube (same product, same color 500 indigo) and the results were like the END of the previous tube -- light color that washed out in 1 or 2 washings. I bought a third tube (only used the previous tube twice) and got the same disappointing results. Please, please, please put a date on the box so I know if the product has been sitting on the shelf for a while.... Show more

Great HairDye For Brunettes
11 February 2023
I love this Colorista SemiPermanent Hair Dye for Brunettes. I have Medium Brien to Light Brown Hair and finally found something that holds and works for darker hair without having to bleach and strip my hair first. The Tangerine Irangey Red colour is great and blends in well with my natural hair colour. And I live the Green colour for fun. I also have the Blue. But when I first used it, I did as directed. But now I just put a small amount on the included brush and apply it to my roots and it penetrates better with using the small amount sparingly and brushing it into my roots. I don’t wash it out until a few days and that way it penetrates even more and will last for months. It’s a great product. I hope it’s not discontinued. It works great for my hair. Missing and broken color tube
1 June 2024
I love this hair color product. BUT twice now I have spent 12 dollars a piece on it. First time the color tube wasn't in it. Now this time the color tube was open inside the box. After what happened the first time I double check to make sure the tape hasn't been messed with. When I reported it to you guys you wanted all kinds of info. Well I had already got rid of it. Just like this time. If this happens to me a third time. I will find another product to use. And I will let people know, like I am now, to make sure they totally check everything before you even leave the store. Hard lesson learned. Won't happen again.... Show more

RUINED MY ALREADY PURPLE HAIR.
26 October 2023
So I already had purple hair that I dyed using a hair dye I purchased online. As it started to fade I figured I’d just get one at Walmart to just touch up the purple in my hair and brighten it until I was able to purchase the dye I usually buy. this purple was advertised as a super close match to my hair. The first red flag should have been when it came out super pink/red from the tube. I used it and after washing and blow drying my hair, it I came to realized that it not only made my bright hair super dark and practically brown; it wasn’t even close to being purple and the only visible parts are now a disgusting pink. I am devastated and now Im stuck with hair I absolutely hate until I am able to redo it. Would not recommend this hair dye to anyone. Serious Regret
20 November 2023
I am beyond livid. I have very expensive highlighted hair. I thought it would be fun to try some temporary blue over my highlights. What a terrible mistake! 28 washes later with clarifying shampoo, dandruff shampoo, my highlights are blue/greenish on my ash brown hair and I look so bad. I ALSO used the Loreal Colorista Haircolor remover, which DID NOT WORK.I dont know what to do. I am so upset. I need this dye OUT of my hair NOW. I Wish I never EVER put this on my hair.... Show more

worst hair dye i have ever used
11 January 2023
i think the title should do a fair bit of explaining for me. just to preface, i do want to say that if youre looking for the perfectly staining hair dye that leaves you with a beautiful barf green shade, then this is indeed the dye you are looking for. i actually found an old bottle of this lying around in my bathroom from 2-3 years ago and had the most intense flashback of my life; therefore, i felt that i should write the review that i never did when all went to hell. it all started with the purchase of a tube of the midnight blue color. after applying, i fell in love with the shade that it left on my medium brown hair and eventually its presence became a trademark on my locks, so i just ended up applying more and more. however, this may have been one of the worst ... Morei think the title should do a fair bit of explaining for me. just to preface, i do want to say that if youre looking for the perfectly staining hair dye that leaves you with a beautiful barf green shade, then this is indeed the dye you are looking for. i actually found an old bottle of this lying around in my bathroom from 2-3 years ago and had the most intense flashback of my life; therefore, i felt that i should write the review that i never did when all went to hell. it all started with the purchase of a tube of the midnight blue color. after applying, i fell in love with the shade that it left on my medium brown hair and eventually its presence became a trademark on my locks, so i just ended up applying more and more. however, this may have been one of the worst ideas of my life. once i got tired of the midnight blue color, i got tired of it and we were over, so i decided to wash it out. this ended up being a long, arduous trial that was constantly testing my might, so i ended up deciding to bleach it out instead. while doing said bleaching process - which i did twice - i couldn't help but notice the immense green stain that was left in my hair. it just would not come out no matter what methods i had tried. clarifying shampoo, developer and dish soap, vinegar, and so on. no matter what i did, it had seemed like i was indeed doomed to the eternal fate of looking like a humanized leek. this brutal destiny that stood before me had laughed and ridiculed me as i looked like a dainty vegetable going for a little shopping as i took the walk of shame to buy some same-ugly-shade green hair dye to fix the disaster that was my hair. thankfully, this unwelcome green splotch had been cut off many a year ago, but my hair still writhes in fear of the thought of this happening again. thanks l'oreal....
