I don't often write reviews but this product experience was absolutely worth sharing. Love, Love, Love this product!I was first introduced to this product by my Dermatologist after having Fractional CO2 laser. Fractional CO2 laser leaves your skin raw, swollen, feels and looks like a very severe sunburn which is never pleasant. It was the product I was told to use immediately post procedure for several days. It soothed my skin like no other product.Recently I had Microneedling with RF which I do regularly every two years. This is a 3 session procedure which are done a month apart. I have mature skin so my treatment is a bit more aggressive. It is officially my new go to product.I can't say enough good things about this product! It is truly amazing! If you have dry super sensitive skin, no matter what the cause, this is the product to use!

First I must say that I have been using Cicaplast B5 Balm from La Roche-Posay for years, it is one of my favorite products. I was hesitant to use this after reading diaper rash uses on the back. I was using zit stickers for a week on a deep zit and got red irritation around the zit decided to try this on it and over night it was healed so every night id apply this around my zit stickers and it kept me from getting irritation. But the big seller for me was yesterday when i had to remove my two week heart monitor which is attached by adhesive and really good. It tore off skin and left blistery rash. I could show the picture of what it looked like immediately before and the morning after. It is scentless and rubs and absorbs into skin quite well and leaves a smooth velvety touch to the skin surface after.It is non irritating to sensitive skin, in fact, it actually did a great job calming irritations, is non-stinging and does a decent job at reducing redness on my skin. I find that it helps with the healing of skin breakouts and broken skin slightly quicker than without using it, and whilst this repair balm calms and soothe, it doesn’t moisturise my parched skin enough and I have to layer with a moisturiser first before applying the balm to seal in the products for my skin to really feel supple and smooth again in a couple of day’s time.From my 1.5 weeks of using the product, it appears that it works by locking in and prevents moisture loss rather than adding moisture to your skin.I’ve tried the repair balm on my elbows which were as rough as sandpaper after showering at night and within a week of daily use on its own, my elbows are back to being the normal texture again. I’ve also tried for my thick rough callused heel and it appears to help prevent new cracking and peeling skin which has been a great result as I have found few products to be effective in keeping my heels from cracking thickening up.For the price, I think this is a good product to have to help with sealing in moisture without a sticky or tacky feeling you usually get with true “balm” products. Rather than a stand-alone product, I feel It is more of an add-on product that I woud use to help increase my skin hydration levels by using it to help ‘lock in’ hydration provided by other moisturisers.

Witchcraft in a tube

I dont know what kind of voodoo sorcery this baume is but it hits every mark. 5 stars doesn't do it justice. This stuff SAVED me from horrible retinoid burn. My tret got too far down my neck and I looked like I had been burned by scalding water. It was pretty bad. My skin was bright red, tight and bone dry from the retioid getting on skin that hadn't slowly been conditioned for tolerance on that skin and it was painful and extremely uncomfortable. So I googled what helped retinol burn and this came up time and time again on several different sites and all of them said its a dermatologist favorite. I am so glad I tried this. It immediately soothes skin when you apply it so you get instant relief. She had terrible eczema on the fronts of her little ankles that would get so dry they would bleed and I couldn't use anything with fragrance on her skin because it was so sensitive 😢 I am just so thankful I know about it now and recommend it to everyone. I have a tube in my bathroom at all times. I've also used it on my dry hands and feet. It is legit witchcraft in a tube. Would also be great on top of aloe for a sunburn. The things it can be used for are endless. I know it won't be for everyone but it has been a game changer for me
