I have been using this product for almost a month now and its great! I was worried because sometimes my face can react to different products but not this. I started using it once a day at night and then went up to 2x a day once i saw no reaction. I just put some on a cotton ball wipe my entire face and neck once after I do my face wash and I am done! It leaves my skin feeling clean but not dry or like I have something on it. I purchased it on clearance and got the last 2 to give to my sister to try n but im glad I did cause she will not be getting the other 😂! Sorry not sorry! But definitely worth a try even if you dont have oily skin (which I forgot to mention I dont just around my nose area but i use it all over my face and it works fine).

First of all I was told not to squeeze anything - it's was very hard... I love popping my spots. I know gross... That's me 😂 But, since I started to use this product and the cream together, I have noticed that my skin looks so much better. This duo actually works! I still get some spots here and there. Like the hormonal ones before period,however I don't look like me from 24 year ago as a teen. So ladies/men, if you have acne prone skin, this range in amazing.

I must say I'm VERY impressed with this product. I've tried multiple skin care routines to help clear my blackheads and make my pores shrink but none have worked as well as the Effaclar trio (purifying cleanser + clarifying lotion + duo moisturizer). Within 3 days, my blackheads were completely gone and my pores around my nose and mid-cheeks were so small I hardly noticed them! I will continue using this set to keep my skin clean & clear!
I highly recommend this product, in conjunction with the matching toner and face wash. It’s excellent! I have super sensitive, rosacea prone skin that can get very dry. It somehow manages to also be prone to blackheads. For years my cheeks have been slightly bumpy with tiny little blackheads. This has sorted that out and left me with gradually softer and more even textured skin. I’m building up usage so that it’s not too drying but it’s doing an excellent job. Highly recommend!

But I decided to give this a fair shot. Ive been using it for about 2-3 weeks maybe more, every morning and night. At first I didnt notice much, but after about a week or so I started noticing my pores felt tighter and smaller and less full of gunk. Although usually the effect doesnt last thru out the day and my skin looks just as clogged when I go to wash my face at the end of the day. That leads me to believe that I need the Paulas choice as people say its has amazing results at keeping pores clear which Is all I want. A long with these kind of deep white head zit things that can be hard to pop and seem to just fill back up and bam there they are again the next day. I dont know what im doing wrong. But if you are in need of a serious one that has a higher amount of salyicic acid for those really stubborn clogged pores. I'd keep looking.
I had high hopes for this product but sadly not for me. It really dried my skin out and it contains alcohol denat which really left a bit of a stinging and wasn't pleasant to use. If you have sensitive skin better off with an alcohol free toner. Sadly made me break out. It could work if you have oily skin. Shame as I love their sunscreen products.
I bought this on a whim after reading the fantastic reviews, I usually use Liz Earle but after using it for so long I felt that it just wasn’t working well for me anymore. This toner is absolutely amazing, it leaves my skin feeling so refreshed and it fits in well alongside the rest of my daily skincare products. My face always looks glowing and feels so soft. I’m really happy with this product and I would definitely recommend it!
