I'm so happy that I recieved the La Roche Posay hydraphase eye cream voxbox! I've heard good things about this brand prior but have never used it myself until now. I've been using the hydraphase eye cream every morning for a week and would say it's a decent product and would recommend it for morning use as it's very lightweight. I like thicker eye creams that leave the under eye area feeling silky smooth and that I'm able to easily massage into the skin. The hydraphase is definitely not a thicker silky eye cream, to me it has more of a serum consistency that quickly absorbs into the skin, I'm not able to massage it into the under eye area like I would a normal eye cream. A Pleasant Surprise

I have hereditary dark circles that get worse when I don't get enough sleep, drink too much the night before or am just stressed. I have used eye creams with retinoids before (which I do NOT recommend because when they interact with the sun, they can make the under-eye area much darker in some people). I even dished out $200 for La Mer's under eye cream and ended up getting a bad stye from it (I suspect the high mineral oil content was the culprit). But I LOVE this LRP eye cream!!! This cream was recommended by a Dermstore customer service rep. I am so happy I found it! It is a light gel formula. I have used it for two days now and I look refreshed and my under eye darkness, while not totally gone, is reduced a lot. I encourage anyone with hereditary dark circles to give this a try. The ingredients are pretty good if you are acne prone, which is a huge bonus. Does not contain any fatty alcohols, like cetearyl alcohol, which breaks me out.

A treat for the eyes

A lovely light, refreshing texture and a cooling effect on.application. A little goes a long way so value for money, I use La Roche Posay for cleansing and moisturising and thought it was time to give my eye area some extra care, this product delivers. My eye area is smoother and fine lines, dark circles improved. I recommend this product.

Best eye makeup primer!

This is the best eye cream I have ever purchased! My eyes are bright, instant hydration, crows feet lines are minimized. It serves as a great eye makeup primer! I keep it in the refrigerator so in the morning and evening its soothing upon application! I apply it to my lips as well, What a luxurious feeling, especially since I live in a hot climate. This eye cream is on auto replenish I get it every 30 days.

Great for dry dehydrated skin.

I am 82 and use a variety of different products to see which work better for older skin. I have been using this for about two weeks and already my skin is smoother and the lines on my upper lip are looking softer. Love this product and will continue to use it as skin turns over every 28 or 29 days so you have to give a product a true test. 60 days would probably be best. Thank you. I have used La Roche-Posay in others products and they are as they say.

Great little moisturiser, even for dry skin!

I wasn’t expecting this to be a gel, so was a bit unsure about it being any good. HOWEVER, the tiniest amount is extremely hydrating & moisturising. I use it both day and night and I am very pleased with it. Great to moisturise the under eye skin as prep for concealer. Only been using it a week but have no complaints as yet

Hydration boost

This eye cream is great for a hydration boost. I struggle with dry skin around my eyes and it's really helped that. It hasn't irritated my eyes like some do and it's very refreshing. I get red bumps around my eye contour area (not caused by the eye cream, rosacea related) and this doesn't help with that, so if you want something to soothe irritation this might not be the solution, but for dryness it definitely helps!

Super cooling and energising!

I really like this product! Although yes it is more of a gel rather than a cream I still really enjoy this product. It's energising and feels cooling under the eyes. I bought this as I noticed my under eyes were super dry and my makeup looked cakey and heavy. This product has helped me to stop that from happening.

I’ve been using this for about 2 weeks. I suffer from sensitive skin and terrible early hay fever (watery/itchy/red eyes etc) AND I am prone to eczema… so I didn't really have high hopes for this to be honest. However, I have been amazed.It’s not moisturising in the expected way: it’s a gel rather than a cream and it glides on beautifully and without irritation but it “dries” to leave a v slightly tacky feeling rather than an oily/moisturised feeling.I did not think it would do anything but after using nightly for just over two weeks I’m hooked! No eczema, no redness, watering or other irritation. It‘a definitely helped to reduce my under eye puffiness too.Will keep using and would recommend if your primary concern is something for v sensitive eyes.
