Lanolips Tinted Balm Perfect Nude SPF30 12.5g

My goodness 😍 This is a bit pricier for a lip balm than I usually spend, but because of the hype around it, and because it’s tinted and has SPF I figured I’d give it a go, not expecting much. Wow, I was wrong. I love this. The feel of the product is lovely gliding on, and I didn’t notice much of a difference with the colour, but then doing video calls and seeing myself wearing it, I always just think my lips just look that bit better, and I get a bit of a pep in my step. But if you want a good product to do this that also has a tint, that also had SPF, that had a beautiful tacky but not too tacky feel to it, this is definitely a product I’d recommend checking out, and one I’m going to be repurchasing many times.

Good stuff

I think this will be a re-order item. I'm a fan of the lanolin ingredient. It is so soothing - just as lanolin was my go to when breastfeeding! I like a thicker lipgloss that lasts and this one does. No issues at all with irritation. Glad to have an alternative to the other popular brand that dumped lanolin. Would love a brown shade (I'm white so I bet it would work for all skin shades). Perhaps a cinnamon/pumpkin scent? The nude is a good shade. I like the applicator tip.

Absolutely love this range, I originally bought one as a random buy at Mecca and have been obsessed ever since, I already have the colours Rose and Rhubarb but wanted something with a bit more pop for nicer events and I found that in Red Apple. The product goes on super well, it doesn't give me a weird dry throat like I get with Nivea and doesn't feel like its drying my lips out more like Carmex and with a high SPF rating of 30+ that matches up with Blistex, what's not to love! I'm literally buying them as gifts for all my friends so they can experience the joys of Australian Lanolin. Buy it now I promise you wont regret it.

Most Moisturizing Tinted Lip Balm

I love this product so much! This is the most moisturizing tinted lip balm that I have ever found, and I’ve tried a lot. I tend to have very dry, chapped lips. It’s really hard to find tinted anything that isn’t super drying for my lips, but this is great! I still use other balms (including from Lanolips!) to moisturize, but when I want a bit of color, this is my favorite to use. The nude color is enough to add a bit of color without being too much. Perfect for daily wear.

NOT a rich, warm "spice" color - bright, cool, hot pink

I love this company. I love their formulas and products. I love lanolin. But I hate their colors. This must be the fourth one I've bought that I hate.This is not "spice" by any stretch of the imagination. I was expecting a warm, earthy terracotta red. Or at least wine. Warmer, deeper. Instead, it's a bright, cool, hot pink color. Like every other sheer pink lip product on earth. I don't know why it's so hard to find warm shades, but it is. I would call this "cherry popsicle," like a bright cherry candy color.This formula is extremely thick (which I love - that's what makes it so moisturizing and long lasting), so you can only apply a sheer layer before it gets thick and gloopy. Perfect color but slightly different than balm

I LOVE the lano ointment balm so I got this for a perfect lip gloss. I love the color- truly the perfect nude. I understand the formula has to be different but I feel like this does not last as long as the balm does. I use this as my backup in my purse if I forgot whatever gloss or lipstick I was wearing otherwise. Gives a great tint to look like my lips are healthy and hydrated and not pale like they normally are. Not sticky, goes on smooth and hydrates. I just find myself reapplying to feel like the coverage is there.Cap is white and when it is cold it has a little trouble coming out but not a problem at all. It's happened with other tubes as well.

Pretty Good

This is a fine lip balm. Love that it contains SPF. The tint is VERY subtle, but pretty enough. It does trap in moisture and stop my lips drying out. 4/5 Stars because mine was separated very badly in the tube when it arrived and needed a lot of smooshing to mix back up. It's very thick and hard to squeeze out the tube (especially when it's cold) and mine isn't a totally smooth consistency. It has lots of tiny little bits in it, which I didn't expect. I probably would still buy this again but I've used other lip products that I've enjoyed more.

The best colour, even better hydration

I absolutely love this product. I bought it more for the hydration than for the color. Turns out, the color is one of my favorites out of my collection of lipstick and lip gloss. The color is great by itself, and is noticeable. The reviews made me think the color would be barely there, but that is not the case. The smell is not very strong, i suppose rhubarb does not really have a smell. The taste is not great, but my lips love Lanolips. I will repurchase and i will buy from the range before I run out. I prefer this color to Spice but both are great products. I would recommend this product.

I say it's more a dispenser of product. The balm works best to get out of the tube when it's warm. I keep my warm by tucking it in my bra. If you can tuck it in a warm place like bra or pocket, it would help.The color section isn't dark complexion friendly. Yes, they are very opaque and pigment. I'm afraid with the other shades could make anyone with dark complexion look ashy or worse. I have tried other colors. Spice is the only color I find "workable". They really need more shades.

If you are considering this product, just buy it! I couldn't love this product anymore than I already do. My lips look amazing now. I moved from a subtropical climate to the desert and my lips looked diseased. I always suffered from chapped lips as a little girl but this was different. I went to multiple derm's and doctors.
