Your decaf is a wonderful coffee, but I hesitate to order more again because of the the delivery by HDL. For the third time they caused me problems. They give me a certain delivery time and then they show up hours later. One time not even until the next day. I don’t have that time to waste. The worst service you can imagine. You can’t even call them to find out where the package is. So please use someone else for delivery before I decide to order with you again.With many thanks,Andre Landzaat

I usually buy my lavazza pods from another large company who shall remain nameless. But it rhymes with Glamazon. I have found this company whos prices are far more reasonable. The package came well wrapped. It came sooner than expected. Im delighted. So no need to go back to GlamazonIm sorted

I did a lot of research into pod coffee machines and flavours etc. You can't knock the beautiful nespresso machines. But while these pods are slightly harder to find the taste of the whole range is amazing. Each pod ...and I've tried every flavour....gives a great, authentic sformata coffee cream on the top. Lovely
Sometimes when you want a coffee in the evening, its great to have the option of decaff. Ive had decaff in coffee shops and have given up because they taste like hot milk. My friend has another make and says Lavazza is far superior.
My wife has the decaf as well as non decaf ones and says she can't really tell the difference. In fact the other day she was tired out and had a coffee using the decaf by mistake and then complained it didn't give her a kick. She hadn't even realised she was drinking the decaf one.
Flavourful Lavazza pods delivered to the door in their original packaging - sealed boxes of 16 pods. Was glad to get them as they are not currently available on the High Street. Was also pleased to get the original pods rather than the new eco ones because they are so much stronger & flavourful. (There appears to be less coffee in the new pods, sadly.)
We have used Modo Mio machines for years and years and have been waiting for the compostible pods to arrive for ages. Sadly they don't work consistently / at all in our Idola machine (less than a year old). You'll see lots of reviews on tesco.com saying the same. They seem to fail to puncture so you get the low water light.
Good quality decaf coffee, that tastes like coffee. No mess, no fuss. Ordered from DJs on Thursday morning, it arrived Friday morning - colour me amazed!
For the first time on Ocado, I went back to my 5 star review and removed it. Used to be superb taste and aroma as well as decafinated using Water filtration system. NOW IT IS NOT! The new eco pods dont puncture correctly, releasing only half the flavour and they NEVER release properly, making it necessary to use a knife or tweezers to prize them from the steaming machine. PLEASE LAVAZZA - SORT IT OUT!
