The speaker is convincing vertically as a satellite, horizontally in flown systems or as a floor monitor. The efficient Class D power amplifier delivers 126 dB max. and 300 W RMS power. Thanks to LD-Systems' DynX DSP technology, the speaker delivers a perfect performance with maximum clarity and punch under all conditions. 4 presets as well as a 3-band EQ and a delay function allow the sound to be optimally adapted to the respective conditions. Various signal sources can be connected via 2 line/mic input channels with individual gain controls plus mono mix output. With its shockproof front grille and ideal tilt angle of 55°, the LD ICOA 12 A also cuts an excellent figure as a floor monitor. When used vertically, the 36 mm dual-tilt stand mount allows a tilt angle of 0° or 5° to be selected and the system to be optimally adapted to the respective sound reinforcement situation. Extensive and clever accessories for installation and transport are optionally available. 4 aluminium handles with an ergonomic, rubberised surface ensure optimum grip when carrying the speaker.
