Nice heavy pan, solidly built but not too heavy it's difficult to lift. Works perfectly on my induction hob. Easy to pop in the dishwasher afterwards. Bought the steamer insert to match and both are perfect.

I have used this pan on an induction hob and it has worked perfectly. The heat is distributed evenly and I have had no issues whilst cooking with it. I can count on it to work well. It has been easy to clean and when I have managed to get food stuck to it, a little soak with soapy water has worked great. My only gripe with it is that I wish I could balance the lid better so it is slightly ajar but it is not a massive deal breaker that I can't do that.

Very impressed with the pan. We have a number other Le Creuset items and the recent addition of some pans has not disappointed. Great style and feel to them and the smaller size is perfect for what we needed.

A new induction hob meant buying some appropriate saucepans. I bought a set of three Le Creuset saucepans which, if purchased separately, would have cost another £75. So I treated myself to this small saucepan. Who needs a non-stick saucepan when you have this one! It not only has more capacity than most milk saucepans, it also comes with a lid so is very versatile. Washes like a dream and nothing sticks when used correctly. Yes, it is expensive but it comes with a lifetime guarantee. Who can ask for more?

I bought these pans having read all the fab reviews however I was disappointed with the cleaning of them. When put in the dishwasher they come out with a bluish tinge to them which is quite annoying, it does disappear when water is put back into them. I returned the first set to JL for an exchange and was told they have a chemical reaction to the drying or hard water in some cases. I now have to wash them by hand.
These pans are sturdy and certainly seemed worth every penny when I unpacked them, My only gripe would be that they do seem to take a while to heat up. The instructions say that you should not have them on a high heat, but I waited an eternity for a pan of water to boil on my ceramic hob. Never been a problem before with other pans. Consequently, I had no option but to have them on a medium (not high) heat, resulting in the pan now looking tarnished on the inside. NOT what I had expected from a pan costing almost £100. Disappointed. Perhaps this is a design flaw?
The service was as good as ever. The pan is good. Only used once so far but I have the bigger size already, ordered from here, and it is a good pan. Well built and should last a very long time
This saucepan is not only a beautiful product, but it is well made and finished to perfection. Is is very efficient and heats up quickly, and needs less heat than my previous pans. in addition the lid handle doesn't get too hot and use your fingers on. No wonder the professional chefs use them. Well worth the additional cost.
