I bought this pan one month ago and it is by far the BEST pan I have ever owned.I make everything in it!I have recommended to all my friends to purchase one.
I’ve not actually used my pot yet, but I’m very impressed with how light it is considering the size of it. It’s still heavy and extremely sturdy as with all Le Creuset pots, but it’s thankfully not as heavy as I was expecting it to be. I’m so impressed with it I’ve also purchased the 28 cm one as well.I must also say how excellent the customer service has been with Season. The 30cm I ordered was delivered elsewhere due to FedEx’s careless delivery driver, when I contacted Season the very helpful Richard dispatched another one to me straightaway using a different carrier. I received it the very next morning.
I am delighted with my pan. This was my first purchase from Season, it definitely will not be my last. Thank you.
I have had this pan and others in the le Creuset non-stick range for 18 months now. Very quickly after buying, this pan warped (the others haven’t). I contacted customer services who, in all fairness, replaced the pan, but said that they didn’t recommend the use of this pan on high temperatures. It is, however, a sauteuse pan so by implication it will be subject to high temperatures, so I’m a little confused. Overall I wouldn’t buy this pan again, it’s expensive for a product that can’t be used as expected. Customer service very good though.
I bought this as a present for a special friend. I have one myself as use it frequently. All my pans are now Le Creuset as I’ve been very pleased with the quality. They are more expensive but you get what you pay for.
Excellent - all I thought it would be and more. Will be shopping for another kitchen pan this Christmas.
Le Creuset is eponymous with excellent cookware so the choices are 1) find a supplier with good customer service and 2) a supplier with a good price. Season is such a supplier. My first expereince buying a 28 cm Sauteuse was great so when I wanted a smaller one too the choice was obvious. Season stepped up to the mark once more. Highly recommended....!
