Le Labo - Body Cream - 250ml

My favorite body cream at the moment. Actually I’ve got basil scent which is so nice too it has such a slightly basil scent , I love it ( next time want to try hinoki ). Very moisturizing and it has a good texture. Not greasy but not runny just right ! Definitely would recommended this product. Great price as well I feel it’s cheap for such a quality! Try it !

Absolutely the best!

Love Le Labo, but especially love this body cream. The Hinoki scent is intoxicating with other items mixed in like rosemary. The cream is very nourishing and really does moisturize my skin. Love putting this on before bed. I also own the hand pomade and body wash in the same scent. I am in love with the scent and just purchased the hand lotion with a pump to help with my hands cracking with extra hand washing and wintertime.

Amazing scent, luxurious feel

This is a rich, unctuous cream and definitely one to apply on damp skin. It has that desirable ‘waxy’ quality to it that acts as a barrier to keep moisture in. If you have dry skin in winter like I do, you’ll appreciate that. As other reviewers have noted, the scent is incredible. I would say the dominant smell to me is woody/herbal with a musky base note. Really lovely and original.

Decadent Body Cream

Love the Hinoki range, the scent is delicious. This body cream is thick and buttery, with a lasting scent.Transports me to a Japanese bathhouse, surrounded by cedar trees and moss.I have used this daily and have almost finished it, definitely on my repurchase list.My sensitive skin is much softer and hydrated and those dreaded bumps are almost gone from my legs after continuous use. Try it!

Excellent Product!

It has a beautiful floral-ish/woody fragrance. What’s even better is your skin will not be sticky or oily after application. I apply it once every day after shower and I could see how moisturised my skin is just after a week! I even bought one for my friend as a gift.

Lasting fragrance

I received a small sachet to sample and loved the fragrance. Bought the tub as a lux treat to myself. A word of caution - this is a strong woodsy, green scent that lasts on the skin (no other fragrance required). When using, I mix it in with an unscented (cheaper) body cream to dilute the scent and am very happy with the results.

Le Labo: my firm favourite!

I have purchased Le Labo products for years and apart from their excellent range of perfumes and oils, this luxurious body cream is the best item I have used over my lifetime. The scent is particular to Hinoki, a perfectly balanced woody perfume which upon application is present yet light enough to not impede the perfume of your choice. I have very sensitive, tending to be dry skin and living in the extreme temperatures of Canberra; this is without a doubt the best performing cream for such. I highly recommend it to anyone over 50 who has sensitive skin. It's rich enough to permeate and remain within the epidermis; light enough to never feel oily or greasy upon application. Skin feels moisturised and firmer.

Long lasting unisex scent

Beautiful scent that lasts all day. I love using le labo moisturisers as they always hold their scent and are good alternative to splurging on the perfume (although I don’t think this specific scent exists in perfume form). Delicious and has a unique, woody, musky unisex smell.

Lovely scent

Hands down, the best lotion I’ve never owned. Not only is the scent amazing, but it feels great on my skin. Moisturizing and addictive. The scent is slightly reminiscent of the Japanese forests, so I can understand the influence. Although this Hinoki scent is deeper and more intoxicating, it lingers for a long time so a little bit goes a long way. This will be a staple for me. I highly recommend if you like deep, sultry, smoky scents.

Ultra Zen Hydration

This body cream is my first Le Labo product and it has made me very eager to sample more of this range. It was an online blind buy for me and the product description is perfect - I got exactly what I was expecting! This body cream is R-I-C-H! It is soothing and hydrating with the texture of a body cream that goes the distance, and the scent is otherworldly. It wasn't love at first sniff for me, but after it had a chance to settle into my skin, it was pure bliss! It's a rich, warm, woody scent that reminds me of one of my favourite perfumes - Ambre Sultan by Serge Leutens. It won't be to everyone's taste, but if you have a bit of Hippie Chic/Boho Babe in you, this scent will light up your life!
