Le Labo Lys 41 - Eau De Parfum - 15ml

I never really like floral scents until I got this perfume. I am telling you - it smells exactly LIKE A LILY FLOWER so I’m pretty sure this is the same scent. Despite what other reviews say, I have never once thought it smelled like sunscreen. The scent gives me a very, very bold and it makes me feel like my powerful self, so I wear it when I go clubbing or out to a special dinner. It may smell a little strong and overpowering at first, which was something I was not use to, but you really do get use to it. Le Labo is my latest fragrance obsession. I think I went from zero Le Labo in my collection to 9 different bottles within a month - and I have no regrets. Today I am wearing Lys 41 and loving it. It’s a fall day that kind of feels like summer is trying to hang on, and Lys 41 is perfect for it. It is bright but not too bright, the jasmine projects just enough that it turns heads without being overbearing. I can’t wait to wear this in the spring!

I was at a Nordstrom event and I literally smelled this on someone and had to stop them and asked them what they were wearing. I literally ran to the Le Labo counter to get a sample. Then I bought it. It is so good, it’s like a mixture of marshmallow, gardenia, and jasmine. That’s how it smells on my skin. It is so perfect. It activates my brain. I can’t explain it but when I smell it, my brain just gets happy. I love this scent.

Lys 41 Le Labo is the convergence of flower colors; when the white floral scent notes can "be themselves" and be at their most sublime. Without dividing it into individual scent layers, Le Labo 41 chooses the 3 most brilliant white flowers; combine them together in a "powerful" way; At the same time, it is warmed by a gentle woody scent and a warm, dreamy vanilla scent.

Fake product from counterfeiter Sai Holdings

This product is not the true Le Labo perfume. The heading on the listing makes it appear to be sold by Le Labo, but it comes shipped from Eu De Luxe LTD, which is the business name for the seller Sai Holdings. Sai Holdings is known to sell counterfeit products on Walmart and has multiple complaints filed against them with the Better Business Bureau. I learned all of this when I ordered this perfume, believing it to be made and shipped by Le Labo, and received a shattered bottle of the perfume.Walmart.com has become overwhelmed with fake products because they do not regulate what their third party sellers are posting online--they allow anyone to sell anything without validating accurate advertising. Lys 41 is a lily, tuberose, and jasmine heavy fragrance with animalic and woody notes. This counterfeit perfume is a soapy lily of the valley oil. They probably bought Kuumba Made lily of the valley and added water and alcohol to make these counterfeit bottles of perfume. Save yourself the money and fake product and just get Kuumba Made oil, or buy Le Labo from the actual distributor.I was able to get a return through Walmart because the bottle was delivered damaged.

My favourite scent in the world

I’ve repurchased this perfume twice now after first receiving it for my 16th birthday years ago. The scent is like no other, and I nearly always receive compliments when wearing it. It doesn’t have that sickly-sweet rose or ‘old’ scent I dislike in most perfumes; it is truly one-of-a-kind. Best of all the scent stays on your clothes for days on end, which means I don’t often need to reapply. It truly is worth the money, and slowly softens on the skin regardless of how hectic your day is

Scent appears genuine

The Le Labo Lys41 scent appears genuine. An incredible value at less than half the price. Grateful to Walmart for making this luxurious perfume affordable. It’s a gorgeous floral scent that is intoxicating and long lasting without being overpowering.

The best that this brand has to offer

I smelled this a month or two ago and I ended up buying something else but only because that something else smelled so, so different to anything I had. But for someone like me, someone feminine and a little retro-loving, Lys 41 is way more *me* and the ultimate in delivering on these fronts while living up to its hefty price tag.This fragrance is also very different, and swells around you. It is luscious, fresh, enduring on the skin (I'm talking hours and hours) and isn't too much of any one note - on me, I get plenty of the fleshy, narcotic, sexual but sweet Tuberose and Tiara (with that slight beachy mood) and I really just can't smelling my wrist and bathe myself in it practically when I applied it. Tuberose can go very barbie-plastic or even fecal on some people because it can get very animalic and the wrong jasmine can be high pitched on the skin and basically unwearable. But the particular kinds used with the balance of vanilla and the tiara to underpin and accentuate, is a marvel. If you've ever been to New Orleans, you would know about the small, artisan perfume stores and this has the same kind of secret magic to it. Something made by hand delicately, drawing on rich imagination and ideas. And it's part of why I love it.. it resembles a little the honeysuckle streets there, all gypsy brass echoing in the city, and tuberose is a classic scent of that city, perhaps in a metaphysical sense... it radiates that kind of wicked charm.This is my new signature and I am totally smitten with her. This is a worth every penny fragrance and one I want to be known for... it's just the prettiest smell I've ever known.
