LEGO Technic Tracked Loader 42094 Building Kit (827 Pieces)

Disappointed with front loader design - gear for tilting claw protrudes into loading area which makes the logs line up crooked and have a tendency to slip out of the claw grip.Made a modification to move the gear back one hole for a clean grip area. Submitted detailed information to Lego for consideration. Have not received specific reply.

Awesome mechanics

Very solid build! Three main mechanics, the loader, the cockpit and the tracks, are fun and meaningful. And just the right size. I wish Lego continues to make more construction and agricultural equipment (one John Deere Brand or CAT perhaps, for the US customers? :)) and price them right around $75 to $90. To me that is the sweet spot for decent amounts of mechanics and perfect overall size, not too big/small. If they can also sort and label the bags that would be flawless, just a suggestion not a complaint. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys industrial equipment Legos.

Brilliant Bulldozer

My Husband has recently discovered Technic and finally joined the rest of us in our love for all things Lego. He really enjoyed this build which looks great next to his Technic 42080 Forest Machine and as this is a 2-in-1 set it can be re-built into a Tracked Dumper if wished although my Husband has just built the Tracked Loader.As usual from Lego the instructions were straightforward and easy to follow.The set has 827 pieces along with some small spares and does have 18 stickers to attach carefully. The pieces arrive in 9 bags and my Husband finds it easier with Technic builds to sort the pieces into containers before building.Once built you can rotate the cab, lower and lift the arm and operate the claw. I love the attention to detail with this build and it even has a little screen sticker inside the cab and seat.As usual from Lego a brilliant build and this is suitable for those aged 10 and over.

Great Gift with option to rebuild as another model - double value.

Purchased this as a gift using Click and Collect which proved to be a good way to skip queuing for the registers.Lego is always good. This kit appears to be especially good, with a great looking model as the main build, and an option to build another good-looking model as well, re-using the same pieces.

Hits the spot

I've been building Lego since I was a little kid and hence longer than most of the people visiting this web site have been alive. I still have all of my sets since that time (which I've passed on to my youngest son) but while helping my son build some of his more complex sets, I've rediscovered the joy of Lego building for myself. Nearly perfect

I really liked this set, specially for the price. Perfect size and build time. The challenge factor was enough for me, I actually liked the mixed up bricks without numbered bags. It added at least one hour to the build time. The only thing I'm upset is the lack of power options. I really would like to see this motorized, it would be awesome.

Nice Features

I must say that the design was very well thought out. New ideas for the tract and doors on the cab were great.Now an issue..... No numbered bags. My 11 year old grandson and I tackled this build. With over 800 parts he was taken back by no numbered bags. He said, and I quote, "This Is Not Going To Be Fun Grandpa". I ensured hi that it would and I proceeded, with his help, to sort all the pieces. He was very happy with the final product.I suggest that boxes that start the age at 10 have numbered bags. Those 16 and up, do not need to be numbered but it would be nice also.

Review of Lego technic thing

Lego technic is enjoyable for anyone of any age, male or female. Whether free or slave, Jew or gentile. The caterpillar tracks are a particularly satisfying highlight.

Strong Tractor

What can I say, It was a good build. I mean, the only negative was tying the rope part to the hook, but its pretty cool how you can tow logs with it. I was at first hesitant to get the tractor due to the front not being a bucket, but it wouldn't hurt to try something new. It doesn't disappoint, it can pick up the logs decently, you do have to push the logs a little tho. Overall, it has decent features.
