LEGO 75315 Star Wars Imperial Light Cruiser Kit

It's been about 15 years since I touched a Lego block, but it certainly brought back some childhood memories putting this set together! Personally, I really enjoyed turning the TV on in the evening and to just build at a pleasant pace. The instructions are clear and building certainly felt addictively fun! Would definitely recommend

A super strong display piece!

This is my first LEGO “Star Destroyer” style set, and I had an absolute blast building it! The build is super strong and sturdy, even though it’s fairly large you can move it around easily without fear of it breaking apart. The ship looks beautiful on display and really has a strong shelf presence. The details on the ship exterior don’t really match Moff Gideon’s specific cruiser and more resemble that of a general Imperial Light Cruiser, but for most people the differences will be barely noticeable.The minifigure lineup is really strong, featuring minifigures that are all contextually relevant to the scene. Whilst I would’ve liked the lineup to include Bo-Katan or Luke Skywalker, both are currently available in other sets. The minifigure quality is excellent, including 2 characters with arm prints, a 2-tone cape, and some brand-new helmet moulds.Whilst the ship itself looks great, the play features in this one are a bit lacking and the interior is pretty sparse. The TIE fighter launching bay is pretty weak, especially since you have to launch them from inside the ship and there’s no external lever to do so. The TIEs themselves are fun little builds, and I do appreciate they can be docked near the near of the ship. There’s just not much to really “do” with the set in terms of play functions, but it definitely has high swooshability and the spring-loaded shooters on turrets work well as always. The best parts of this set are definitely the minifigures and the ship exterior. For me the LEGO Imperial Light Cruiser will stay more of a display piece than a play piece.

RATE this as 0 stars. It states LEGO Star Wars...ITS FAKE from the flea market or something. Spent $146.50 on this LEGO Star Wars Imperial Light Cruiser 75315 Building Toy for Kids (1,336 Pieces). I received it yesterday and its a knock off of Star Wars. It's SPACE WARS AND THE BOX IS DAMAGED??????? At first I got really mad and then laughed. I will be returning and getting my refund back out I receive the mailing formation to return it.

Fun to build but design flaws make it not worth the cost

For the price the set was disappointing. The floor design had major structural flaws and kept falling apart during the build and when it was complete. Our son was very disappointed that he couldn’t play with the set after it was built because it it kept breaking. These issues were not a build issue, but a design issue. I don’t think a set at this price point should have these type of issues. It was not intended to be a display model, as no stand was included and a carrying handle was incorporating into the design. It was meant to be played with.

Great for army building, okay for Mandalorian fans

I picked this up because I knew I’d regret not picking it up before it gets discontinued. It’s a great looking ship from the outside and quite sturdy! The interior is a bit lackluster. You really aren’t able to simulate most of the scenes that happened on the light cruiser in the show, but if you just want an imperial battleship, this will serve your purpose well! There’s plenty of places for deck officers and the like, which makes it great for an army!

Lego Star Wars Imperial Light Cruiser

I've just started a star wars collection and this is one of my biggest sets i've bought. It's a great set with very good minifigures and it was quite nice to build. It's a good size and one of the best things about it are the small TIE-fighters that come out of the side. It came at a great price. I had been looking at it for a while on other websites like eBay and amazon, and then i saw it here. There was no damage to the package when delivered and is in great condition. All in all, it's an impressive set and Zavvi did a great job delivering it.

Lots of fun to build!

The cruiser looks excellent with some good techniques for building angles and reinforcing the bridge. Terrific minifigures included in a set that was very well priced. Overall, a great set for Mandalorian and Star Wars fans in general. Finally, the package was very well wrapped and boxed.

Should be a good investment, recommended

Great investment. This set could go up in value once its retired, given the exclusive mof gidian. The dark trooper is not exclusive anymore, but still a good minifigure. The build is also pretty good.

Star Wars Imperial Light Cruiser

This is a fun set with great mini figures. It is extremely large. This is a unique and cool set to have in your collection. It can be used as a display set or play set. Something your kids can play with or something you can display to your friends. It comes with the Mandalorian, Baby Yoda, Cara Dune, Fennec Shand, Moff Gideon and 1 Dark Trooper. The mini figures are extremely detailed and fun to play with. It has incredibly fun play features like spring loaded shooters. If you’re a fan of the Mandalorian or Star Wars I recommend buying this Lego set.

Those who love legos and star wars will enjoy

My 8 year old son was very excited to get this. As soon as it arrived he started working and it took him five hours to put together the Mandalorian imperial light cruise ship. This is working straight with a lot of stamina and focus. Other of my kids with other personalities may have taken a lot longer to build it. He likes playing with it.
