My son bought this set after saving since Christmas… he was not disappointed!The vehicle is great, loads of detail, some fun build aspects and has a carry handle!The exclusive figures are great too.We like the fact that it is almost a large battle pack, as there are figures and, well a spider-droid, so you have a play element out of the box.I have a very happy son, thus I am a happy father.For the money, a quality set.

The AT-TE is quite a nice build and comes with a lot of mini-figures. The build itself is not overly complicated and took me around 4 hours (I wasn't rushing) to complete, there are a few sticks that need applying but again nothing complicated. Overall it's good but I was expecting more for the price.

These clones lack the inverted pointed orange triangle seen on the helmets of the realistic 212th Battalion clone troopers. Instead, Lego have decided to add an inverted isosceles trapezium rather than the inverted triangle seen in the Star Wars media.Final Verdict:Other than the new, yet inconsistent, clone helmet this set is a leap forward for Lego Star Wars. It includes 5 clone troopers altogether, including the commander and a gunner.While I've rated this a 5-star, it would be closer to a 9/10 due to the inconsistent helmet holes on the regular clone helmets and the inaccurate helmet prints on the 212th Battalion Clone Troopers.

I’ve been waiting for a new AT-TE to come out having nearly bought 2nd hand 2013 version of the same vehicle a couple of times before (which proved too expensive). This set is highly anticipated by the Lego Star Wars community, especially since Lego decided it was finally time to make a phase 2 commander Cody and include him as part of the set. You are not just getting Cody of course, but a generous selection of his troops, 3 regular 212th legion clones and a reworked clone gunner, plus 3 battle droids for opposition. Our only recommendation to improve the set would be to swap the brick built dwarf spider droid for a separatist crab droid, particularly as this set is meant to be based on the battle of Utapau, which crab droids are prominently featured in.The build experience is fun, although a bit repetitive with the legs, this is par for the course with Star Wars walkers. The resulting build is sizeable, accurate, feature packed in my opinion the best example of the AT-TE yet produced by Lego. Although Lego Star Wars sets in general are expensive, this one offers reasonable value thanks the the excellent vehicle and superb minifig selection.
When my son saw this set was coming out he saved his pocket money and birthday money to buy this set so I preordered it for him. Now we have it fully built my son plays with it all the time. The build process was excellent and kept us busy for a few hours. The walker is quite big and can carry 9 troops in total. It also has places for weapon storage and other extras. The sides of the walker can be moved out the way to can easier access to the troop storage areas. The figures included are excellent. I highly recommend this set.
This set how so many features. The AT-TE is a tiny bit smaller than it’s predecessors but is much much better. The AT-TE is very strong and good to play with. It has so many features but can not connect the the At-OP.The figure selection is amazing with Cody, 212th troopers and the droids. However the 212th troopers do not have the sharp orange V on their helmets as the box art shows. The helmet cuts off the point on the V.It’s a shame that it came with yet another dwarf spider droid which is inaccurate to this sets box art as it is on Utapau which should have been crab droids as it’s based of the events just before Order 66 in Episode III (Revenge of the Sith)Overall it’s a good quality set but with few small/inaccuracies with it. The building experience was good and it took a little while. The build had nice progression as you moved through the instructions. The end product is quite large with some good functions and a respectable selection of mini figs, including Commander Cody!
Fantastic set and an instant collectors item with the commander Cody Mini figure. This set makes for a great display piece or play and is sure to be an investment. I highly recommend picking up this set if you can. Great service from Importatoy as usual.
The previous atte lego sets are mediocre compared to this one. Lego has done a great job at this set and not to mention THE LONG AWAITED PHASE TWO COMMANDER CODY MINI FIG but this set doesn’t come without its flaws. First of all the spider droid is very inaccurate to the movie episode 3 on utipow they didn’t have spider droids they had crab droids and with the new clone helmet for the 212th troopers the holes in the side make it look off but those are just minor nit pics overall this set is amazing for collectors kids and lego enjoyers I highly recommend this set to everyone.
