LEGO 75932 Jurassic Park Velociraptor Chase Jurassic World

This is a long awaited set and Im excited it is finally here! The build is as good as you could ask for for the part count. There is plenty of detail, and the 3 sections are well defined. I do wish the kitchen section in particular was a little bigger. The stickers are well chosen. The minifigs are all great and are obviously very collectible and highly anticipated! You get Alan, Ellie, Lex, and Tim.The raptor has an exclusive print for this set, and looks very "classic".This set is a no brainer collector/investor set, (I bought one to keep unopened), but even as regular set, this is great!

It is important to note that even though I bought this at the store ($35.99), I first saw it on Walmart.com ($29.99). But we showed the cashier the price difference and I purchased this in-store for $29.99. This set is really cool, with lots of moving and functioning parts.-It is very detailed. This set has the most detail I've ever seen. My favorite part is the locking door, but I'll get to that later.- It has a good amount of minifigures, 4 in total. This includesAlan Grant, Ellie Sattler, Tim Murphy, and Lex Murphy. These are all characters from the original Jurassic Park movie, but they don't look much like the actual characters.-It has three areas for play: the Kitchen, the Embryo Storage Room, and the Main Control Room.THE KITCHEN:- The Kitchen is the ... MoreIt is important to note that even though I bought this at the store ($35.99), I first saw it on Walmart.com ($29.99). Lex won't fit unless you take off her hair piece.-I find it a bit odd that no one, not even the adults, can even reach the top of the cupboard.THE EMBRYO STORAGE ROOM:-The Embryo Storage Room is the smallest area in the set.-It has some neat details. There is a security camera, which I think is GREAT, an 'EMBRYO COLD STORAGE: RESTRICTED' sign, a guardrail, and of course the embryo machine itself. The little orange blobs are supposed to be embryos. And lastly, theMAIN CONTROL ROOM!-This is my favorite area. It's also the biggest.-It has a telephone, a locking door, a break-out window (for quick escape into the kitchen), and a computer with two monitors, a mouse, and a keyboard.-The locking door is actually very easy to assemble. First you build the door itself. Then, you build the lock (which is just a knob connected to some LEGO Technic beams). If you push the red knob forward, then a beam slides into place and keeps any rampant Raptors who might be near out of the room.IN ALL:Detail: 10Functionality: 7Size: 7Price: Worth it (10)which gives us a total average ofAverage Score: 8.5I think this is a very nice set and it is definitely worth the price!

This is a great set incorporating 3 main scenes from Jurassic Park. The kitchen past has a cabinet for the kids to hide in as well as a plate of jelly. The embryo cold storage is a great little side build and comes with the barbasol can. The main part of the set is the office where Lex gets the security system back on line to lock the raptors out. This comes with a fantastic sticker of Nedry on his computer screen. We also get a Velociraptor to finish out the scene. The cost of this set it quite steep in Australia. $69.99 for 360 pieces, almost 20 cents a piece is very high, even for Australia. However it is the only set from the original movie so I couldnt pass it up.
