The lego fire station and fire truck the city addition is cool it is for 4 years and plus. It comes with three different lego people and comes with a fire truck and fire station to build. It isn't as small as the ones for older kids but isn't as big as the ones for toddlers. It also has a popcorn stand that you can build. The fire truck has a ladder that can be lifted up and the water sprayer is attached. This fire truck and fire station is good for kids that like to build and need help keep their mind on something.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I expected there to be a little bit more Legos inside of this product. Most of the pieces were very small, so do not purchase expecting the big, standard size Legos, and also be mindful if you have smaller children who like to put things in their mouths! While I wish it had a little more product in the box, this is a great set for small children who enjoy trucks and who enjoy following directions to build some thing. This would have been difficult to piece together without the directions, for sure. One thing I did like was that it provided an opportunity for a parent and child to problem solve the construction of the truck and accessories together.

My baby and I enjoyed putting this Lego together. Firstly, anyone can do this as the instructions are as basic as they come. Everything inside the box was labeled (1,2,3) for both the parts and the instruction manuals. Lego used basic picture instructions with no words so almost anyone could make it. Directions were easy to follow it took him about a little over an hour to put together with only minimal help. After it was all together he loved playing with it, adding in his own sound effects. The Lego play set is sturdy and stays together well! Great addition to the Lego city collection.

It's divided into 3 bags with 3 separate instruction books. There aren't a ton of legos in each bag so it's not overwhelming for a young kid. And it's a firehouse, what boy doesn't like that!

The recommended age for this set is 4. My daughter turns 3 next month, so she's a little young for it, and got frustrated with some of the small pieces at times. But overall we had a good experience putting this set together. It brought back good childhood memories for me, and it got my daughter away from her tablet for a little while.
Legos are so expensive. My 6 year old put this set together in a few minutes by himself. It’s a good sturdy set. Great for actual playing. Stays together.
