My son wanted this set when he was 8 years old. I was not able to purchase it when it came out as I was not around due to my job. At 16 he still wanted the Lego set so I figured it was about time. The price hike was outrageous but that's the way this things go.

A fabulous set of lego, in particular all the moving parts really mimic the film! Was a reasonable price when released and still value for money and very sort after. Keep the kids (and big ones!) entertained for hours :-)
Great set as it is very fun to play with. I got it on a special occasion a few years back and was quite pleased with it. I recommend this set for all ages if you can pick it up for a good price. Minifigures are awesome like Mola Ram and his Thugee's and the play features are quite appealing like the rock trap that is over the tracks.
Pretty much like it just came out of the box without the box. Which is fine b/c I knew it didn't have the box
My son bought this LEGO set a few months ago and he only playes with those Lego figures he sais that it is too hard to build ( He is eight years old
This set is fantastic. Loved building it and re enacting the mine cart chase. Highly recommended
It is a good looking toy brings a child's mind into use they escape in the runaway rail trolley takes Indiana Jones and party away from the High Priest with the Natives following him in another trolley they have to time not being dumped by the skip emptying and get clear before it hits the end of the rails. it is also a good item to build
legos are a great toy for children whos parents enjoy particapating in puting them together. the larger sets can be confusing for small children. when you get them all together your child will play with them for hours. plus they are great for developing your childs imagination and building skills.I purchased three sets for my grandchildren they are 6 & 8 yrs old.
