This is one of my favorite lego ships. I've always wanted one of these larger Star Wars sets. I finally bought this one for my kiddos. They play with it for hours, it's just that amazing! Absolutely worth the money.

This is a Lego set for Star Wars fans. The guns can move, and the lid can be taken off to revel the cool inside of the Star Destroyer. However, some of the pieces are not the same but work as they should.
Its solid- definitely looks good and great for display, but as I rewatched the movies I grew disappointed. The real star destroyers are much bigger and I once again found myself to be disappointed by LEGO. Its a fun build but is limited in size as only my hand can fit in it along with some of my other extremities.

Star Wars Lego 75055 is a great Lego building set. Although it is smaller than it's older cousin 6211 it still packs a nice little punch. From it's neat little carry handle to the side turrets that turn in unison. This set is a must have for any Lego fan.
The design of the folding sides is such that they fall apart when moved because Lego have used too many small flat pieces here, especially around the hinges and not allowed enough overlap in places for strength. If you want to glue it together it should be fine.
Bought as a Christmas gift for my son - who loves building LEGO stuff like this. I must say that he built it last night and it looks really good.LEGO knows how to make it easy to build....Highly recommended : )
