Not quite as easy to iron with as a proper ironing board but very convenient when you have a small space or to tuck away in a corner or cupboard after ironing. I'd recommend for people that don't iron too much!

Great little ironing board

This is perfect for my sewing room. Lightweight and compact, easy to lift up from the side of my desk for craft projects. It's been so helpful switching between working at the computer and ironing pieces for fabric for my craft business. Saves me lugging the full size version up the stairs or running up and down every time I need to iron something.

Ironing made easy!

I am pleased that I was able to review this product which makes it easier to iron because there is no loger the need to store or set up a large bulky board. I was impressed by how light and compact and neat this board is, making it easy to store and to use. There is a nice thick cover which provides a very smooth surface to iron on.I did find that the board wobbled a little under pressure, but the non slip feet ensured that it did stay in place. The way the board was packaged was not so good as the photo/instruction leaflet was stapled to the board itself and the plastic staples were difficult to remove.

Light weight!

The ironing board is compact and light weight making it ideal for use when you only have a couple of items to iron. It's size means that it is easier to store than a regular size board. The ironing surface is very smooth, making the job easier. Only down sides are the packaging is attached to the board itself, and pretty hard to remove, and when moving the iron across the pointed end of the board there is occasionally a slight rocking motion.

Perfect for my sewing-room

I was tired of my old, small sleeve-board that I used for my dress-making. I looked online for something more suitable and found this mini ironing board. It is lightweight, just the right size and covered in a pretty blue fabric. The feet are made so that they cling to a table-top.

Fantastic - small, lightweight and sturdy.Handy for those extra bits you need to iron throughout the week without having to get the full board out.If you have that little bit of extra storage to have one of these as well I would highly recommend to make your busy life function well. (I am all for things to help get the job done nice and easy!)

Takes a little practice to get used to this board

We only iron what shows, but amongst what shows do iron duvets, (hubby irons his shirts). I got used to it relatively quickly and too my surprise so did my hubby. Since we purchased it we have not used our big ironing board. We are both retired, and so have used a traditional iron board for many years. Very pleased with the purchase. I would have liked it to be a little heavier, as I believe that would have kept it more stable/still when ironing.

Useful for quick ironing

This is a really useful piece of household equipment. Very lightweight and the cover has reflective material so that you only need to iron one side of the garment. I wouldn't attempt to iron a duvet cover, but marvellous for T shirts, underwear, pillow cases etc- anything which needs a quick iron.It doesn't have an iron rest, so I bought one of those silicone iron rests. L

Very lightweight and useable

Got this mini ironing board because if I'm honest, we never get the big ironing board out of the garage. This is much better for the occasional school uniform or shirt. Easy to store and then just put on top of the worktop and iron. Might be difficult with bigger items but great for kids stuff. Quite lightweight foam but that makes it easy to store and move around.

Very useful and lightweight small ironing board

This is incredibly lightweight and easy to use and store. It has non slip feet and is pretty stable in use. I’m a crafter who makes patchwork quilts etc and this is a great addition to my sewing room. I no longer need to get out my big heavy ironing board just to iron pieces of fabric. If you’re the type of person who likes to iron larger items such as cotton duvet covers and tablecloths (like me) then I don’t think it could replace a more conventional ironing board. However, if you only iron clothes then I think you could probably manage with this one alone. All in all, a great product, especially for crafters!
