A wonderful light and easy to adjust walking pole for women. I'm 160cm and they are perfect for me. My tent uses walking poles to pitch which these fit too. Always make sure of tent pitch height though before purchasing these poles as they don't go a tall as some.

Strong, lightweight and comfortable. Heading out on the West Coast trail in a few weeks and will know more after that!
Very happy with the quality of these poles. They are lighter weight and the handles and straps are comfortable. They are easy to adjust.
Bought these for my wife as a gift. Like all Leki poles these are of the highest quality, strong, light, great grips and straps, we would not buy another brand.
Very lightweight and strong, the release levers to adjust the length are very easy to use and a lot less still than some other poles I tried. The only part both my partner and I struggled with was removing the protective caps and the mud guards. It’s so difficult as they are ok so tight. I don’t know how anyone else manages this. Otherwise a great price and should be a better investment than the cheaper ones I seem to get through so quickly.
