Dear TomI bought the Lenco turntable model L-3809 for Christmas initially as I unboxed it I was pleased with its looks, however, I am not happy with its performance as it has a couple of faults. When you position the stylus arm over the record as it is released it doesn’t drop straight down but instead veers quite badly to one side. Also, the Anti-skating knob does not operate properly. It is supposed to have an adjustment range from 0 to 4, however, it will only move from 0 to 2.How do I get a refund?I can take it to one of your stores if that helps: Chester or Stockport?I look forward to hearing from you soon.RegardsBH
