The main problem is the headband is a thin piece of plastic and a thin strip of plastic just does not hold up the headphones and after a few months, it will start to crack. Without a rigid headband, the wire inside the headset won't be protected and after a while the whole thing just broke on it own.

Headphones felt like good quality the mic and sound were clear. I work from home so I do need a reliable headset since I'm on the phone 8 hours a day. The only two problems I had is one the weight it was too heavy for me and it didn't feel comfortable having it on for hours at a time. Also two the connectivity randomly it would disconnect and I would have to troubleshoot it it wasn't convenient at all for me to keep.

It has great cushions so that your ears don't hurt even if you wear them for a long time - typically the case for gaming and super long work meetings. I didn't experience any delays which is something that might happen with wireless connections. It is obviously not a super expensive, high end audio headphone so don't expect supreme quality for listening to music, but it definitely has great audio qualities for gaming, movies, etc. Good bass overall. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a headset to use for gaming and talking to friends over Discord.
I've bought this headset on december 2022, now in june 2023, the headband is broken in half. There never was abuse of any kind. With a regular daily usage this is waht you get. At that price for 6 months....i mean it's a joke. I even bought the charging station because i thought they would last, what a shame.And obviously the warranty doesn't cover physical damage.
The biggest problem is that it has a spot to connect the headphones to a charging stand. This is located INSIDE THE PADDING in the top of the headphones. So after wearing them for a while, that spot starts to make your head sore, because there is minimal padding between your head, and hard plastic. Also the padding between your ears and the speakers inside the headphones is not the most comfortable either.

Terrible sound. Not sure about the positive reviews because the sound on these headphones is atrocious. For regular listening, the sound is muted and muffled; there is no richness to the sound; during Chat/Zoom calls, there is a constant "crackle" from the other participants. It was so distracting that I thought everyone on the call must be hearing it -- unfortunately, it was just me. Will never recommend these headphones to anyone; actually, it will be the opposite.
The headset has great audio and also it has very good noise cancelation abilities, so whatever is happening in the background does not disrupt your work. I use the headset for both gaming and watching movies. It has improved both my experiences immensely especially when you can hear every small/big sound with the right intensity. You can control the audio sound with the rolling button on your headset so that makes your job much easier as you do not have to touch your laptop/pc to do that. The mic is great too, it helps you a lot while streaming games etc, you can turn on/off the mic very easily by just moving it up and down. The mic quality is also very nice, your voice would be loud and clear and very well heard. Its over all a great thing to use. I like it.
Very pleased with these top quality headphones. I have only used them with a cable as that is what I prefer. The connector that plugs into the Lenovo, is the same as my Apple Macbook Pro. So can be used with that too. The sound quality gives very good deep base but they are heavier than most others.
