I've been taking Lepicol for many years, and specialist told me my bowel is excellent..he couldn't even find inflammation anywhere. This from an 81 year old woman who had severe ulcerative colitis for years. Gone for about ten years now, or probably a lot longer. I most strongly recommend this product, and now I've found such a wonderful supplier by post, I don't even have to go to health shop. Thank you Mr. Green for your wonderful service. I'll be in touch again for more!

For anyone out there who suffers from a sluggish bowel, this product is something you would not want to be without. I have taken a teaspoon mixed with half water and half of a good quality juice every morning for 2 years now and it has helped my long term constipation. Using a shaker is a good idea. Lepicol or Regucol are just as good as each other, just look for the best price on the day and stock up during a penny sale.

I have used this product for years and recently started using the capsules instead. For me they do not work as well. The Lepicil powder is far superior and I,m glad to be back on it. Cannot recommend it highly enough

I use Lepical as it is the best fibre substitute I have ever used. I first came across it in Scotland in my home town. The health shop owner suggested I try it & I was impressed.

Ordered this for my Hubby! He was recommended this by his consultant many years ago, he's used it ever since. Not the cheapest psyllium product out there! But my hubby thinks that Lepicol is the best one. Never had any bowed problems since he started using it.
I had a iliostomy reversal Jan 2016 & suffered problems with transit & regularity ever since. I found Lepicol after lots of reading reviews of other products(which I personally couldn't tolerate because of additives). Lepicol is gentle in it's bulking properties & transit assistance. Also only 1 I've found with pre & pro biotics. It has helped my quality of day to day living, I would & have recommend it to anyone with similar problems
Read about this on line, saying it was fantastic. I was at my wits end so gave it a go, 3 days later, all my symptoms had gone. It really has changed my life. I am not o e for buying gimic products at all, but lack of fibre is a well known problem, and this is a natural product.
Product has worked as described. I think it does take a few weeks before noticing a difference. Ive found it useful if going abroad to reduce effects of holiday tummy.
