Specs-wise, everything here is great. Response time, refresh rate, resolution, inputs, etc. All good, no major complaints. What I DO take issue with his how after years and years and years, there's STILL the mentality that gamers, all gamers from every walk of life playing every kind of game, want everything to be RED AND BLACK. Guess what, LG, there are other colors that people care about. I will take literally any other comparable monitor just because they've gone past the mindset of a 14-year-old with his first rEaL G4m1ng PC!!11

The panel on this monitor is great. Fast and very vibrant. As everyone notes the blacks are a little weak given it is an IPS screen. Only negative is that it does not support Picture in Picture from two separate video sources, which is a minor detail for me as I rarely would use that. Overall a superb monitor.

What a difference sitting in front of an ultrawide makes when doing anything on your computer. I purchased the monitor for gaming and it exceeded my expectations. I was also pleasantly surprised in how big a difference it made in all my every day computer use. The monitor itself is a dream. Looks good sitting on my desktop, has great color, and was an easy setup with an easy ability to tweak the settings to get exactly what you want. As others have said, I'll never go back. Would highly recommend.

I went from a 27" 1920x1080 to this beast. Like many others have said, they can't go back. I wont, either. No dead pixels. Looks nice. Not too much in the way of packaging, either. I mean, you get the basics, a monitor protector sleeve. I think the cables, paperwork and included CD were loose. You don't get fancy packaging that you're just going to throw away anyway. Kudos to LG for that. Anyway, back to the monitor. I have HDR enabled and I streamed a game...everyone said it was too bright and vivid. I didn't see it. I think it's just how the video capture works. Maybe some settings can fix that, i'll check it out.The one thing that bothers me, though, is the "bezelless" claim. While the plastic frame holding the monitor is maybe 1/8", there is actually about 1/4 all the way around the screen that is black. I'll assume that's where the screen is attached to the innards. So, there is more like 3/8" bezel around the visible area and 1/8" is the plastic frame. So, if you have 2 monitors side by side, then you have about 3/4" gap between the usable display area.I haven't noticed the Black Stabilizer, yet. The crosshair is good. Not a big fan of the stand, though. Seems clunky. Would be nice to have a cable management channel through the upright instead of the notch.
I have been using this for just over a month and it is such a high quality 1440P monitor. I absolutely love it and my games run great on it. It runs pretty close to 145 hz consistently
This is a gorgeous monitor. I bought it for gaming on my Twitch stream, and the colors were great. Sure, greens and yellows are not as vibrant as blues and reds, but I was pleased... until I spotted a bad pixel. Not even a week and it already needed an RMA. Luckily, the process was painless and I am eagerly waiting for its return. The sharpness of this display was fantastic. I've never had a curved display before, so the increased immersion when gaming far exceeded my expectations. There was a little corner glow, but it could have been either due to incorrect distance or the fact that I had a bad display. Eventually I'll switch to a nanocell or quantum display, but until prices go down, I'm more than happy using the LG. I've been a fan of their displays for ages, ... MoreThis is a gorgeous monitor. First of all I really love the picture. I can say this is the best monitor that I really like the picture. My second monitor is a different brand and I can clearly see the picture quality. After getting my first curved monitor, I dont see myself ever going back to flat monitors. I also really like about this monitor that I can charge my macbook with its USB input. Beside the perfect picture quality, it's free of backlight strobing, it has very minimal IPS glow, it has FreeSync and supports G-Sync. I couldn't be happier with this purchase and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who games or just wants great picture quality.
Played on it for an hour and was loving it. Amazing colors and features. 165hz overclocked but I run it at 144hz. Then after my initial first hour of use(after monitor had plenty of time to warm up) it started flashing off n back on instantly causing all kinds of other issues with my GPU thinking that im turning the monitor off and back on again every 10 seconds. Sent it back in for repairs or replacement on the 1st August and im still waiting to hear back on their initial findings.
This monitor will truly leave you in awe. When it arrived at my door I could not stop smiling. Great picture! Super wide and pretty! I would recommend getting a mount for it because the stand is quite big but it’s not too bad. Overall I absolutely love it!!!!
Really nice monitor Colors are great. No complaints for over a month now. I have tried several 34inch(21:9) monitor before, but this one is my favorite. All specifications are accurate. I used Nvidia video card for the monitor and it is worth the money spent.
