LG A927KGMS: CordZero Kompressor Cordless Stick Vacuum with Power Punch Nozzle (A927KGMS)

I was given the privilege of being able to test this vacuum from LG and my first impression was whoa this looks amazing quickly followed by a wave of panic thinking “ holy hell that’s a lot of parts “ But I have to say it was reasonably easy to put together with the instructions! I was extremely shocked at the price as this definitely fall is the higher end price range and to be fair personally I don’t think it’s worth the price! There was parts I loved and others were well a let down ! My kids usually love helping with the vacuuming but unfortunately this hand set is quite heavy and can be difficult to maneuver for little hands and a mum trying to juggle a toddler of their hip. There was parts I loved and others were well a let down ! My kids usually love helping with the vacuuming but unfortunately this hand set is quite heavy and can be difficult to maneuver for little hands and a mum trying to juggle a toddler of their hip. The small head seemed all but useless as it was difficult to get it to give a good clean of a surface! The large head well I have so many bits i personally dislike firstly is doesn’t eat Lego and it also doesn’t like stickers and both these things till be throw at you like a projectile when you lift the vacuum up and it’s still going and I can confirm it hurts when they connect. Yes it’s sleek and stylish and will suit most design styles but it is bulkier than I expected! The mop head is easy to use I have to say I love the laminate instructions so there is not reason worry about ripped or water damaged instructions! So if you really want to spoil yourself with an very up market vacuum that may or may not vacuum up what you want to vacuum up give it a go . The 2 batteries make it super easy and quick to swap them over and they both charge at the same time one in the handset and one in the stand . Unfortunately a mum of toddlers and older kids I don’t have the time to pick up every tiny piece off the floor so I can vacuum it without having it throw something at me . The cyclonic wind that blows from the handset while is use is a tad intimidating if you have long hair as when you lean down your hair is super close to it . My family have all used it and had similar dislikes but all in all the carpet feels softer after using it as it doesn’t flatten the fibers and it feel soft and clean after each vacuum . I can’t express how thankful I am for this opportunity !

So for starters, this thing comes with 2 batteries!!! Cordless vacuums are prone to battery replacements, which can see a real pain, so I love that! It also gives you an hour of run time if you use both batteries!!! Which is the best selling point, since other ones last 10-15 minutes tops. Despite the video I uploaded, it’s really not as loud as it sounds, it’s much quieter in person which made my toddler very happy. I have pets so it’s a must that it’s super strong, so I can be picky. I think the charging mount and stand is convenient, and you don’t *have* to mount it to wall, it works either way. It has 3 separate attachments, and 2 of them have a designated spot on the mount, but not for the 3rd one?? Weird. You can extend the vacuum body, or shorten it, HOWEVER, sometimes if the rug/carpet doesn’t let your vacuum move in a certain direction and it won’t move, Then the extender on the body will buckle under itself and shorten from the pressure. I for-see problems down the road with this one. 😕

The tower comes preassembled, just find a position to store it and make sure it has power AC access. Use the string, wall fasteners and screws to prevent it from being knocked over accidentally, The vacuum must not rest on the carpet, place a 30cm by 30cm tile underneath it if this is the case. When removing the tower bag, push the yellow button in and pull the white tab beneath it down and out to release the bag. If using the App like me you will find the QR code hidden away on the handset near the catcher container. Follow the instructions on the App card and it will work fine, not bad as I didn't even know what I was doing, use 4G or 2.4ghtz network modem router. Put the fittings inside the doors easy to locate including the pet and bedding tool, put the remaining Mop and Vac brush heads on the locator lugs at the bottom of the doors either side (look for the squares and push to turn them around). Assemble the Vaccuum, attach to the tower and you are ready to go. To preserve the life of the three bags, empty the waste into a bin first, the attach to tower for auto cleaning (takes 30 seconds). Use the push down empty lever on the handset to remove any stubborn material. Once the cleaner is reunited with the tower walk away forget it. I used it for 20minutes 4 minutes on power mode 16 minute on normal and I never needed turbo mode, I can get 1 hour easy out of this and then swap to the spare battery in the tower and go again. Once you're are setup, it's use and forget, all batteries bags and filters can be replaced see you manual for details. the silver disc at the top can rotate and be removed to reveal the pre-filter of which you also have a spare one. Use your spare brush which hangs inside the door to clean it off and wash it. if it gets lots of use 1 a week, longer if not so much use. Thankyou The Good Guys and LG, Life's Good now. Do not recommend - major clogging issues

I purchased this product in June 2022 and was very pleased at first. The one plus side is the battery life - it has been consistent the whole time, and I rarely even need to use the backup battery. However, I've now owned it for 18 months and would never recommend that anyone purchase this to anyone. I vacuum weekly and don't have any pets that shed, yet I have to stop and unclog the nose of the canister 3-4 times while I'm vacuuming (3000 sq. foot house). This involves taking out the silver cylinder in the middle of the canister, holding down the release button, while simultaneously sticking a knife up the canister to try to get all the debris trapped above the seal. It seems like other reviewers have also had issues with clogging, and I hope this review can steer the next person away from making the same mistake I did. .

Excellent product!

This is my second LG cordless stick vacuum, and I highly recommend it. Does it provide the same suction power as a high-quality upright for a deep clean? Well, no, but I'm not aware of any stick vacuums that do. Stick vacuums, instead, are great for daily cleaning; in this regard, I am very pleased with this vacuum and it picks up a lot of dirt and dust. I also love the cordless convenience, and the light on the floor attachment is a fantastic addition to the vacuum compared to my older LG. It's amazing what the light shows that is otherwise invisible to the naked eye. Also, unlike most stick vacuums, this one comes with a charging stand which I much prefer over a wall mount. Again, I highly recommend this vacuum!

Batteries have a decent run-time on lowest power setting that still has adequate suction and does the all-round job quite nicely. The spare battery is always on charge ready to go when needed. The freestanding tower is a clever compact design and doesn't require to be wall mounted. It provides storage for the vacuum and the supplied attachments in one place. The vacuum is light weight with ergonomic leather like feel handle for added comfort. The turn ON/OFF button doesn't need to be constantly engaged like a trigger during use. The speed can be toggled low/high/turbo modes (keep in mind that the turbo mode will drain the battery fastest). The hard floor and carpet heads are easily maneuverable while cleaning around and under the sofa, beds etc and are super easy to clean by dismantling the rollers. The only downside I can see is the fact that the replacement bin bags would have to be purchased when we finally run out of the 3 supplied bags but that is the only running cost for a hygienic vacuum design. Overall happy with the product and honestly can't fault it with the use so far. I would really recommend this to anyone looking to buy a decent cordless vacuum cleaner.

Very unpleasant odor

I've owned this vacuum since December 2022 and generally it has proved satisfactory. However, after cleaning the exhaust filter recently by washing it out and letting it dry, a very unpleasant odor developed that has been very difficult to eliminate. I've since bought a new exhaust filter from LG, replaced the pre-filter and thoroughly washed out the cyclonic mesh filter and haven't been able to completely eliminate the odor. This appears to be a design flaw in the unit, in that cleaning out these filters in accordance with the instructions shouldn't result in a bad odor that is extremely difficult to eliminate. I'm getting close to the point where I'll purchase a new unit, but it won't be an LG.

I was skeptical to buy a cordless stick vacuum. My husband insisted we get this one. I prefer a corded vacuum with a larger capacity. But we got this one. It works okay in general. But the quality is terrible. Doesn’t suck up anything as big as a bead. That’s crazy to me. $600 vaccuum can’t suck up a tiny bead? I end up using this worthless thing after I’ve already swept the whole house. And even then it’s missing things and leaving dirt on the floor. I’ve cleaned and recleaned this entire vacuum inside and out and it doesn’t get any better. It just sucks. The battery has never lasted through cleaning my 1600sqft house either. I bought a vacuum on Amazon for $60 and it’s significantly better.

The vacuum is light weight with serious suction. I love the upright charger, the and that the unit can be easily taken apart.That said, a large Australian Shepherd dog, whose coat ranges up to 6inches long, and 2 cats. The vacuum does not appear to have issues with the cats' shorter fur, unfortunately, the long dog fur is a different story. Itquickly clogs, where debris comes into the collector bin, so I have to take it apart, using the unlocking tool, frequently to unclog.Overall, I think this will be a great vacuum for anyone that does not have long furred pets.

I’m a Dyson man by nature firmly believe and stand by their products but I was able to grab the lg for a rest deal so I tried it out. I absolutely love the two batteries I think it’s a genius idea and the suction is amazing. We don’t have carpets so it’s mainly the tile floor and concrete however we do have one long hair black cat. But know one would ever know thanks to your vacuum. It prevents her hair from ending up everywhere and keeps me sane. I use all of the attachments the upholstery tool might be my favorite I use it on my mattress in my car and everywhere. The one thing I didn’t care for is the waste disposal button.
