I don't think so.. but 80-90% of vacuuming can be handled by this. I do recommend the hardwood attachment if you have hard floors, the full brush head does a good job.

I was not missing any accessories.I setup the stand, charged the batteries, and took it on a whirl. It is so much nicer to use than my Dyson. I didn't have to keep squeezing the trigger and the suction is great on wood floors. I have two Corgis that NEVER STOP SHEDDING and this thing was a champ at picking up all the dog hair. None of the hair got stuck on the rollers like it seemed to happen with my Dyson.I'd say this was completely worth it at the price point. The charging stand is also nice enough where we don't mind keeping it in the living room for quick access (it also comes with a way to wall mount but we did not do that). My only complaint is emptying the cannister in regards to dog fur/hair.On the Dyson you would flip the bottom latch and lift up which would make all the contents fall out into the trash. With this one you have to open the lid and either slap the top a few times to dislodge all the fur or stick your hand in there to pull it out. I have found unscrewing the center filter thing to be the best way to get all the hair out.Again, if you are just vacuuming and picking up dirt/flecks of schmutz you won't have this problem. This only happens if it's a lot of dog hair. With that said, I prefer this issue than with the one I had with the Dyson where the hair would get caught in the rollers all the time. It's a great vacuum cleaner and a better deal because it is refurbished. I'd say take a chance on it and return it if you don't like it.

After researching 'stick vacuums' for several weeks (for a Christmas present) I settled in on the 'refurbished' version of this model offered through WalMart. The price seemed decent and I liked the fact that it came with two batteries. Upon receiving it, however, I found that one of the attachments was missing. So, as per the instructions included in the box, I contacted LG customer service, thinking they'd be happy to send a replacement. Boy was I wrong. Their 'solution' was to tell me they were 'sorry' and prompted me to return the entire unit to Walmart. Ok, I could do that but what a hassle over a unit that had supposedly been 'checked and verified' by LG.So, returned it and ordered another one. It is WAY more convenient to grab it from its charging stand and do a quick area instead of dragging out our upright Dyson and plugging it in. Overall, very pleased with my selection, not pleased at all with the customer service. As a note, I DID purchase a 2 year warranty via WalMart to protect my investment as the refurb only has a 6 month warranty. As another note, I bought another one as a Christmas present for my daughter and she's been very pleased with it as well.I would actually give the sweeper itself 5 stars but with the lacking customer service I knocked off one star.

Great vacuum when it works - which is not long
17 August 2024

The vacuum is great. Unfortunately, after only little uses the motor started making a whining noise. I spent almost an hour with a technician on the phone. Ultimately, he determined that the compressor is defective but that this part is covered by a lifetime warranty. He connected me to another person who supposedly would take all the shipping info so that it can be shipped and repaired for free. However, that person asked immediately for credit card info and told me there is a $250 service charge to "look at" my vacuum to find out what is wrong. Such an expensive vacuum and then LG does not stand behind its product. Poor suction
24 February 2024

Vacuum is okay, suction is mediocre. Anything larger than pet hair just gets picked up in the nozzle and shot right out of the back, causing multiple passes on one area just to get minor dirt up. (context: I have cats, getting their litter up takes at least 10 minutes to clean, a 5 foot space). To get my entire floor clean without taking all day, turbo mode is required, but because turbo mode kills the battery so fast, I have to use both batteries in one cleaning. I've resulted in sweeping before vacuuming, and using the vacuum strictly to collect hair and tiny dust particles, but it is very frustrating as it defeats the entire purpose of the vacuum, especially with the price tag. After having this vacuum for 6 months (and religiously cleaning the filters), it gets clogged so easily causing the vacuum to go into its "Lo/Hi" power and refusing to suction anything further, which is extremely frustrating. Recently when I turn the vacuum on, only the brush head will start spinning but there is no suction for about a minute after! Side note: the "power mini nozzle" will collect pet hair off your fabric surfaces, but only collects it in a mini ball, then you have to physically pick it up and put it in the suction space..... Overall, NOT worth the cost, but 2 stars since it *technically* does its job.

I've owned Dyson v11 and this one compares favorably in several aspects while disappoints in some.Pro:Cost - more affordable than DysonBattery/Charging - it includes two batteries and simultaneous charging. So I don't have to worry about every running out of charge.Emptying the dirt - You just need to push a lever and it would open up to empty while the Dyson needs to be pushed with greater power to open up. I wish it was a slightly more powerful, but it does the job well to my satisfaction.Longevity/durability: We bought two of these - one for us and one for our parents. it's only been two years and the parents' unit no longer works. it doesn't charge and even with a fully charged battery, it won't respond - completely dead. However, our unit works great. We use it everyday and I haven't had any problems. I don't know how my parents treated their unit, but I had mine fall several dozen times when I foolishly try to make them stand against a wall. But it's working great, still.Overall, I would recommend this vacuum for the price/performance/convenience factors.

I have two friends that have been using the Dyson cordless year round for 4 years without a hiccup. My vacuum lasted less than two. I've read other reviews that said that the battery life is nowhere near what LG claims... I just didn't realize that, for me, it meant that I'd have to replace the batteries so often. At about $100 a battery... I'd recommend staying away from LG.

Purchased in March 2023. Used this vacuum regularly for light cleaning. Changed/cleaned the filters as recommended, etc. The cap for the filter loosened after about a year so that it would blow partially open when in use, then a couple weeks ago, the suction motor just stopped. Brushes would spin, battery indicator lights would turn on, but nothing from the vacuum motor. tbh i didn't expect amazing results as far as running battery life, bc these things often call for a high power demand vs smaller items like a phone. but when i saw like 100m between two batteries i decided to give it a chance. but honestly, it's not that good, period. the manual specifies the battery run times as 6 min on turbo 11min in power mode,40min on normal with a nozzle, 50min on normal with a tool (crevice, combination tool). since i have what i would consider low pile carpet (so i have to use power mode) i still made sure my expectations weren't super high. i also have a small livingroom. like you can see everything from any corner small. Even still that 11 mins sure feels it. the nozzle itself has a direct drive motor in it so thats why the time is so lacking when in use. however, knowing that youd think they would make a more equipped battery to handle the work load. but it does come with two so you could definitely cover decent ground. i feel it also picks up a really good amount of dust and dirt and the tank size hasn't been an issue. overall, i def wouldn't pay MSRP bc the running time doesn't quite meet my needs. however, it comes with a lot of good qualities. 2 batteries, completely washable filter system an extra pre filter, crevice/detailing attachments, a stand that doesn't have to be mounted and changes both batteries simultaneously, SUPER easy assembly, plus it's light and maneuvers great, size adjustable too, its aesthetically pleasing. But if you have hard floors this is definitely worth the sale price. You'd also never know it was refurbished the way it came.

So I feel like this Vacuum was forced upon me. I saw the add on Black Friday, read the reviews and decided to purchase. I checked out and immediately had buyers remorse 2 minutes after submitting my transaction, I cancelled the transaction. I had purchased an extended warranty with the Vacuum, so that was cancelled and refunded immediately .But not the Vacuum. It was a friday of a holiday weekend so I figured it would be taken care of on Monday...Nope. on my I called customer services after receiving a shipping notification...crazy.sonwith alll that said, the vacuum showed up, and unable to refuse the delivery (as the customer service rep suggested) I have the Vacuum, and after trying it out for a few days, I will be keeping it.the vacuum outperforms my dyson ... MoreSo I feel like this Vacuum was forced upon me. I do wish there was a place to keep the hard floor attachment, and the tuebo button is located in a place that causes it to be constantly tripped while vacuuming. but besides all that. this is a solid product.
