Amazing entry into 4K

I upgraded my computer and decide I needed a 4K monitor to match. Goodbye red gamer accents, hello sleek and stealthy. The new monitor design is very angular and cool, bonus is the RGB lighting effect on the rear. The included stand is very good however I paired mine with the ERGO arm for seamless integration. The picture quality is amazing, text is very crisp and fast 144Hz. Overall LG knocked it out of the park with the features and price. This is a monitor I see myself using for many years.

Once I set up my monitor and got it going the image fidelity for the size took me away. My previous LG monitor was a 165HZ compared to this one which is 144hz. I'll tell you right away, I didn't even notice the difference so the upgrade from 1080 to "4k" was definitely worth it. Although I wish it came with build in speakers the DTS headphone jack is great especially for late night usage. Also the backlight. It's amazing and awesome that I can even customize it. Speaking of customization, the settings on this let you basically set up the monitor however you please. All the way from color to response time. On top of it all you can easily mount and swivel your monitor as you see fit, although I wasn't able to yet. This is my first 4k monitor, and it does not disappoint!I have 2 other LG monitors and have really appreciated the fast response time when gaming, but this is my first 4k experience (previously just at 1440).The LG menu is easy to navigate to swap and customize from various presets (mostly keep the same, but has been nice to adjust when just WFH). The additional detail provided just really adds to a great immersive experience.Very happy with my purchase.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest feedback and opinion.

Out of the box, this monitor was packed well. All components were protected in foam very well, and everything had it’s place in the packing.Overall build quality is high, the stand is smaller than I expected, but it’s very heavy and has no play in it whatsoever, it’s a very nice, durable stand.Screw the support to the stand, click the panel on the back and boom, it’s ready.Came with both HDMI and Display Port cables, from what I read you need to use the HDMI cable in the box 2.1 to achieve the 144hz indicated on the box.Powers up with a sound indication as well as full RGB backlighting which can be configured in the menus. There is two built in gaming modes, plus a custom, and you can adjust any of them to your liking.Color profile, crosshairs if wanted, and ... MoreOut of the box, this monitor was packed well. There is two built in gaming modes, plus a custom, and you can adjust any of them to your liking.Color profile, crosshairs if wanted, and shape and color. You can also mimic HDR which I have to say looks pretty good.I am running it full HDR as I have it connected to a 4090 and I have to say it looks great.Working with text and general Windows operations works just fine, I have more windows open now than I did on a larger 34” monitor because of the increased 4K resolution on this monitor.Text is clear and easy to read, you may want to adjust your font settings in Windows to increase sizing etc. This monitor stays relatively cool with all day use in a 70-degree environment, no excessive heat etc.The back panel has a USB hub on it which is nice if you were using a laptop or minimal desktop. There is dual HDMI one is for input and one is for output to another source.Gaming on this monitor is very satisfying.Being able to see everything in 4K glory is great, running games at 144 fps with Gsync supported is always great at 4K resolution.Colors are vibrant, but everything is crystal clear.I experienced no tearing or stutter, games look GORGEOUS on this monitor. The USB ports work fine for cleaning p your desktop, running your camera etc. right from the back of the monitor helps eliminate wires going to your desktop.Netflix and video files play nicely on this desktop in HDR 400 and look great.Overall this monitor can do it all, a nice workstation monitor but afterwards bring on the games. Also, would make a great monitor for a laptop user with the included dock ports and support for multiple inputs. It does have a power block for AC power, but the cord is plenty long enough.Quality and performance, that is what you are looking for in a 4K monitor, and you cannot go wrong with the 32GR93U.

I purchased this monitor on sale and overall it is fantastic I had a hard time deciding if I would keep it, or return. I asked for replacement within a week, but LG support said I had report within 2 days any defects or get full refund. Beautiful colors, wide color gamut, 144hz is really nice (my first fast monitor), and 32 inch is awesome compared to my 27 inch 4k monitor. So why return? There was an issue with the right half of screen being more reddish, and the left half being more greenish. It was weird. On a web browser on google.com it was very noticeable. I photo edit and it really matters to have a uniform monitor. I would definitely buy again if there's a great deal and the panel is uniform. Phenomenal 4k Gaming/Productivity Screen

I'm a big fan of 2k screens but with limited space for multiple monitors I was eager to put the 32" 4k LG screen to the test. Initial hesitations starting to contemplate using this screen were mainly associated with driving the 4k screen sufficiently so my gaming wouldn't be affected but I've tried it with both a laptop running a 3060 and my 3080 on my desktop and both provide an amazing opportunity to use this screen upgrade over my old 27".Top Notes:1. The 32" is absolutely big, BUT they've engineered the support stand well in that the screen sets closer to the back edge of the stand. The 32" is absolutely big, BUT they've engineered the support stand well in that the screen sets closer to the back edge of the stand. For anyone familiar with Asus screens, they're pretty forward sitting so with the LG I was able to play it closer to my back wall. Thus while it was a much larger screen, it didn't feel like as much of a difference in terms of desk space because the screen itself was further back.2. 4k vs 2k screen - The screen real estate boost really has to be seen to be believed. While I could comfortably run two side by side windows on the 2k due to the increased resolution width, it felt a little crammed because of the height. With the LG 4k, I can run side by side and feel like I have an entire monitor's worth of info on each side vertically.3. The overall setup of the back plugs was welcome. For whatever reason I have a hard time getting cables into the backs of monitors that place their receptacles on the bottom edge. In this case the LG has a back panel that you plug into. If I was wall mounting, I'd probably want a right angle DP or HDMI cable, but otherwise it was much easier to setup and get connected.4. Gaming - wooooooooo boy. I've always enjoyed my screen for gaming but this really puts it on a whole different level. A quick run through on Diablo IV felt much more immersive and I didn't notice any graphical concerns despite a LOT of stuff going on in the game at times.Overall it's really just a great gaming screen, off-axis viewing is still visible (it just dims slightly), and any concerns about brightness are satisfied as I had to turn down contrast/brightness out of the box because it was almost searing. Centralized controls via a single button in the bottom center of the screen allows settings changes and moving from inputs. Love this screen!I received a special deal on this product for providing my feedback. Thanks!

Real quick, if you have a Switch, a PS5, an Xbox Series X or a dope PC and are in the market for a monitor that's standard wide (16:9), this is the one you need to get. When you unbox this sucker, first thing you'll want to do is download the HDR calibration tool from the windows store; this step helps you get the best possible colors, or it helps calibrate it to how you'd like it.After calibration, you can set the different options on the monitor itself, setting colors, brightness and contrast. It isn't as inky as an OLED but overall I am extremely happy with the performance. If you're in the market for a monitor that works for all use - PS5, Xbox, Switch, PC, etc... this is the one you need.If you have it as a backup monitor. You can rotate it on its stand and keep it vertical for a second monitor during moments where you might be streaming live.
