I was hesitant at first but hubby talked me into. Yes it is a tall tower (can be intimidating to us short folk) however, it can wash superking doona with ease and dry it very well. Very efficient, no time changing cycles like my previous washer. Love it and highly recommend.

I have found that using this machine has changed my life . It’s so easy to use and so efficient. My clothes have came out cleaner then any other machine I have ever used . I would highly recommend this washing machine to anyone that ask.

Wow. This unit is amazing and can handle the huge loads. Cloths come out amazing and fresh. Love the reminders sent to my LG tv and my phone. Only issue is the dryer stopped drying the loads no matter what cycle / mode its set to. (All filters and drain hose are clear and free) tryed calling customer service (disappointed to see this has now been sent over seas) had issues with the rep so sent an email 3 days later finaly arranged for a service call now the wait to have the "a.r.c" to respond...

Love my wash tower, tubo wash is so good cleans my cloths without damaging them. The refresh program on the dryer is great use it on my pillows when changing my bedding. Setting up the app was a bit of an issue, but got there in the end. Now entered my favorites. App let's me know when my was and or dryer cycle is finished. Great produce overall very happy. I would recommend this to friends and family.

Then the simplicity to just throw it upstairs into the extra large dryer is super efficient So many wash cycles/dry cycles to choose from Speciality is the turbo wash which refreshes those items you need in a real hurry I have 10 humans in my household & out of my total house renovation this was far the best addition to our home
This was a truly a life changing product for myself, previously I owned a small 5kg washer and dryer that was 18yrs old and that the dryer would need a Chernobyl like event to get the slightest bit of warmth and the sound it made was like a 747 taking off from Afghanistan. It would take me 3 days to wash and dry all the clothes from the weeks activities, among all the other household chores I would frequently do washing the clothes was the most stressful, sometimes my wife would lock me in the laundry and not let me out till it was done. It's not just a washing machine/dryer tower but a "Tower of Power". Amazing capacity where a week's worth of the family's laundry can be done in one wash - just need more line space! Washes clothes extremely well and dries appropriate clothes amazingly without generating excessive heat or moisture. Wifi feature is very convenient giving options for wash programs and makes monitoring washing times easy. Only negative is that the wash programs presets are very rigid and not very customisable.
Best investment. Love how much time it saves me with doing less loads. Love the LG app. Great having so many washing options. Dryer is also amazing how quick things dry. Especially like the quick wash and being able to wash and dry my king sized quilts. Was worth spending extra to get a better product.
The washing and drying performance of the machine is good, however we have had a few concerning issues in the first month. First one, the machine said it was finished, went to unload and there was water on the floor and the clothes had not spun at all it seemed. Water marks indicated water had come out of the dispenser box. Ran a spin cycle, hasn't happened again. Second issue was an error code that basically just said call support in the manual. Turned washer off and on and away it went again. Third is the dryer sounds like it's a car driving with a large flat spot on the tyres if there is no load or a light'ish load in it. I think the drum is out of balance, but maybe it is normal. Performance is still good. So, not sure about the dryer, but the washer issues ... Please do not puchase this product from LG! The worse customer service ever, absoloutely flawed. The unit was purchased today and installed today however the dryer was not working and the unit had a scratch on it. I called LG and they said all they can do is repair it and they are closed on the weekend so I will have to wait keeping in mind I called on a Friday!!!
