Oh my god, I have so much praise for this case its unbelivable. Just finished my first build in this thing, and the airflow is exceptional, it looks amazing, its small enough to stay on my desk and it can fit so much inside. Cons is it has a ugly bottom air filter, and its ditched the mini itx feel of the O11 dynamic, its not realllyyy mini but its smaller than most atx cases. Pros, 3 fans included which is pretty sweet, I can use a ATX psu and it looks nice and clean.

I was the very happy owner of a previous Lian Li case, which prompted me to look out for another one of their cases when looking to update. I picked this one based upon its generally good reviews, price, and size. The construction is pretty good, good strong aluminium, well ventilated, good built-in fans, plenty of space for longer GPUs.There are however, a few things that I found difficult to work with. The worst was the SSD storage areas have a big flaw when used with my power supply's cables - the cables must be flat, whereas the ones with my power supply have the wires connected at right angles, meaning that the wires would get bent if I forced them in. This ended up with me needing to use the extra HD/SSD cage which doesn't have the SSDs flush against the ... MoreI was the very happy owner of a previous Lian Li case, which prompted me to look out for another one of their cases when looking to update. It would also have been good to have thumb screws on the PCIe slot covers, rather than normal screws.I've had this case for about 10 weeks at the time of this review. If all of my components were the latest, I'd probably have a much more positive view of this case. But as a few of my components are older (e.g. power supply, using 2.5 inch SSDs instead of NVMe), it's not quite so well suited.

Pros: This is a great case, so easy to build in (my first ever PC build) amazing value, especially because of the 3 fans included, love the modularity of it, love the size, great IO, looks spectacular, great airflow, love the fans it comes with because they are so quiet and efficient, has so much space for 4'5 inch and 3'5 drives also great vibration isolation screw hole things, easy to take the case apart because of all of the thumb screws. It even comes with almost organized screws in a modular screw sorting container!Cons: I've had it for a week and I can't find something bad to say about itAn amazing product couldn't recommend it more to anyone, AMAZING product!!!

Beautiful, but for no good reason screws were stuck
15 May 2022

I like the case and everything but my front fan mounts' screws were so fkin tight that I couldn't unscrew it with my hand and instead had to use a drill to unscrew it. It was so stuck that I stripped the screw. The PCIE slot screws were also just as tight for no good reason and now my case is barely slightly damaged just because I had to use a drill to unscrew it.

Critical lack of flexibility in front radiator mounting.
16 December 2021

Overall this is a good case that has a lot going for it. But one critical flaw is how the front fans/radiator are mounted if you are using a 280mm AIO. The screw holes have zero flexibility - as a result I was unable to use my Corsair H115i radiator, since the holes don't align well. I don't really understand why Lian Li decided to do two single brackets in the front, instead of a single one with flexibility around mounting. Poor choice and now I have an unusable case.

Huge Airflow in a Small Footprint!
7 December 2021

Overall, a fantastic compact ATX case where airflow is superb. I was shipped the "old" side panel with the less dense holes but one quick note to Lian Li on their website and I was shipped a new panel free of charge in 7 days from an estimated 9 to 14 days. I run an air-cooled build so I can't vouch for radiator ease of installation, but the mounting rails are there. I came from a Corsair 680x, so a similar dual chamber case, but I instantly fell in love with this case for its superior airflow, small size, and reasonable price. Cable management is as easy as it gets because of the dual chamber design, and with ATX PSU and Mobo support, carrying over parts from an older build is finally possible here. Cannot recommend this case enough!

Its a good case.
4 April 2022

The design of this case is amazing, even for water cooling. Its compatible with ATX motherboard, 200mm PSU, and two EKWB PE240 radiators. However, if your ATX motherboard has a full size back plate, remember to remove the grommets from the case before installing the motherboard. Otherwise, the motherboard is bent. For water cooling users, I dont think its a good choice to use this case as its very very very hard to reach all fittings once the radiators are mounted. I had a lot of cuts on my hand when inserted tubes into the side radiator. Also, the cooling performance is not as good as full tower case, but its still acceptable. Overall, Im satisfied with case and air flow.

Love this case & it's quirks!
2 April 2023

I bought this case knowing the idea of it being on the verge of an ITX case. With the compatibility of its support for an ATX mobo and full size power supply, this thing is awesome. It was a bit of a hassle at times with the top fans, side radiator installation, along with front fans fitting and all. You kinda have to install certain things in a certain order otherwise you have to go back and undo everything you just did.Once you figure out how to make it work though, the end result is beautiful. I love this case.

Outstanding

Well thought out and machined case. The amount of mesh on this is insane and the airflow through the case somehow produces more noise than the fans. Interchangeable back panels are very nice. Using a 280mm AIO with topmount gives plenty of space in the 5-slot configuration. The back area is a bit tight with all the cables and would be even more cramped if I had ssd mounts back there but was still manageable. If this is your first build in this case, take your time. Only complaint was how deep the preinstalled standoffs were screwed in for the 7-slot configuration. They were mounted tightly enough to remove the paint from underneath them. Other than that, great case. Thumb screws are wonderful. Included fans are fans. Nothing special but they work well and are ... MoreWell thought out and machined case. better than expected... but not perfect

this case is very interesting. the first thing everyone seems to notice is the shape (it's almost a square). its actually a lot more spacious than i expected. a lot of clearance for my gtx 1070 ftw. i really love the layout with the wires/psu/ssds not showing. this thing has a lot of ventilation. now.. onto the not-so-great stuff. the side doesn't fit an arctic 240mm due to it's radiator size... unless you take out the front case fans but that kind of ruins the purpose. it also doesn't fit on the top due to ram (ballistix max which is short). it only fits on the front and bottom. i decided on a corsair capellix h100i on the side instead which fits perfect (but keep in mind, the white aio isn't the same white as the case) i put fans on the bottom the legs are too ... Morethis case is very interesting. the first thing everyone seems to notice is the shape (it's almost a square). its actually a lot more spacious than i expected. a lot of clearance for my gtx 1070 ftw. i really love the layout with the wires/psu/ssds not showing. this thing has a lot of ventilation. now.. onto the not-so-great stuff. the side doesn't fit an arctic 240mm due to it's radiator size... unless you take out the front case fans but that kind of ruins the purpose. it also doesn't fit on the top due to ram (ballistix max which is short). it only fits on the front and bottom. i decided on a corsair capellix h100i on the side instead which fits perfect (but keep in mind, the white aio isn't the same white as the case) i put fans on the bottom the legs are too short to let enough air in. sitting the case on a monitor stand designed with holes on it was enough to fix that problem. also, as you can see in pics.. OVER TIGHTENED SCREWS. to the point that i had to destroy the screws to get the front fan brackets off. the screws left unslightly marks, luckily it's on the inside. one thing that's not on the inside... my side panel has chipped paint on the bottom edges. kind of annoying but at least it's not terribly noticable since it's not the glass side. despite these problems, i'm still really happy with my purchase and intend on keeping it.
