Lifespan Fitness X-22 Cross Trainer

X-22 cross trainer is very efficient for home workouts. I bought this a week ago, set up, and using it since then. Adjustments and controls are very user-friendly. I am using its pre-installed programs and they give me a good workout. Very durable and easy to transport with portable wheels. Love how it makes no noise.

There was a lot of pieces to put together (took about 3 hours) but it's a great machine. Super quiet and comfortable and lots of options though the calorie counter is very inaccurate but that's not what I bought this machine for. It's sturdy, sold and does as it should so I'm very happy with it. Toll forgot to ship it so it was late but LifeSpan delivered as promised a great piece of exercise equipment that will get used for years to come. I'm very happy with my purchase and the service from LifeSpan. I would definitely recommend this elliptical and LifeSpan to anyone looking for fitness at home.

Fantastic, we love it!

Fantastic product! Perfect entry level trainer for the whole family. High quality, sturdy and super quiet. Bought for myself but husband and kids also enjoy using for a quick workout without leaving home.

Good and quiet

Very good machine. It’s quiet and I like how you can change the resistance easily. My only complaint would be the assembly. You would definitely need 2 people and the instructions weren’t very clear but you could logically work it out yourself. Also just an FYI the base of the the machine is actually approx 110cm. We thought it was the 130cm as specified on the website and bought a 150cm exercise mat to place the machine on top which the mat ended up being too long.

Great elliptical cross trainer

Bought this a few weeks ago. Small footprint. Great workout. Could do with bottle holder, but i found one online that could be strapped to it.

Great machine, easy to assemble

This cross trainer got a lot of good reviews on the internet. The delivery was swift. The packaging is well organised which makes assembly quite straightforward. However, some part of the manual is a bit confusing regarding which part should be installed first. One plastic cover didn't fit as good as others but this is quite minor. Overall is it easy to assemble. The trainer works pretty well and sturdy. Very happy with the purchase.

Impressive quality

To put the item together was a bit of a headache… not very clear instructions…. But once done, the item itself is very easy to use. I love it and am overall impressed with the quality and durability.

This machine is now making us exercise machines. So smooth, a pleasure to use as part of our cross fit training Living in alpine Australia this gives us the perfect indoor trainer for our cardio. It’s become part of the family, so much so we removed a couch and gave it pride of place in our living room. Even our daughter has started using it just to get out of doing the dishesHighly recommended

nice machine with good features

This cross trainer is value for money at its price level. It is not too hard to assemble but it does require a bit of muscle power to move the main body. The LCD display is good and it has various programs to suit different needs. I can also program my own training plan. For us just want to do work out and keep fit, this machine is perfect.
