Listerine's new clinical solutions gum health mouthwash has been a fantastic addition to my daily oral Care routine. After using it my mouth feels fresh and clean and I feel confident. It does not burn the way the original listerine's formula did, it only slightly tingles to let you know it's working, but feels very comfortable to use. I also noticed a marked decrease in my gum bleeding while brushing which tells me it's really working under the gum line and not only tackling early gingivitis, but perhaps winding back the clocks with it as well. I would describe the taste is fresh, minty and manageable, but be worned, it does contain alcohol as an ingredient. Therefore I do believe it is effective at killing any bacteria in the mouth, versus typical alcohol-free mouthwashes. Teeth really do become whiter, not even after two weeks, but after 7-8 days of regular use in the morning and evening. The main thing is not to miss and withstand the recommended time of rinsing. One bottle is enough for me for about 3 weeks of use. I use it for a month and a half (two bottles) in a row, then I take a break for two weeks. At this time, I use a second non-whitening rinse aid to give the enamel a rest. Then again for a month and a half. And so it has been for several years. Thanks to this, hygienic cleanings at the dentist can be performed not once every six months, but once an hour. It does not burn or sting in my mouth or leave any bad taste. I would definitely agree it prevents bad breath. It also kills 99% of germs on contact and reduces plaque and helps prevent gum disease. It has been tested by professionals (Dentists) to leave your mouth feeling cleaner and healthier. The size of the mouthwash is quite big as you only need a very tiny amount to use twice daily so it will last for one month until I need to purchase another one. The price of the mouthwash is also very competitive compared to other major brands.
