It is actually a lot smaller than I thought it would be. It was the biggest pain to put together. Perseverance got me there!! Very poor instructions. You have to work it out yourself.

One of the chairs was very hard to put together as the items did not line up properly and you had to go against the instructions to get the mechanism to work.Also disappointing that the legs cannot be raised apart from reclining the top. You can only raise the legs if you also recline.As a chair it is a comfy seat

Basic quality but this should be expected for the price. Reasonable comfort sitting, get a pillow for reclining. Grease up gas strut and run it a few times before installing by using full body weight against hard floor with rag over end so it doesn’t dig into your hand. My first strut jammed as I didn’t to this and caused a weld to break. The second chair I built I greased the strut and had no problems. The trader replaced the strut and seat with broken weld with no issues . So I recommend you buy from this trader, their customer service is fantastic and I had replacement parts in a few days.

I bought this chair to use in my patio area and it is great however it would be better if I could have the footrest up without the back reclining. I still think it is a good product, well made and relaxing to use.
Great product but again very difficult to assemble so I need assistance with getting these put together properly as the instructions are vague and incredibly small pictures to decipher.Products like this should have a deliver and assemble offered from T & W as I would happily pay extra to have someone assist in setting these up!
Not Bad had trouble fitting the gas strut but otherwise went together well then my dog eat it next day-lol so unable to give long term review
I thought that I had done this.; but evidently I hadn't. The instructions were quite difficult to follow for our son who is no dill & it all looked okay, eventually; except that to put the seat back was very difficult. My husband sat in for a couple of days; but the part that moves the recliner has become detached.
Assembly instructions!!!!almost impossible to put together because of ridiculously inadequate, incomplete and confusing assembly instructions. The tools provided, what a farce!!! Not worth the money I paid, ln fact would prefer to get my money back. This was a disastrous purchase and I feel cheated.
Bought as a gift for my hardworking daughter.She absolutely loves it.
