Good and easy to set up but lacks a few things. Good backup for my failed webcam reasonably priced too. Software is fairly straightforward to set up and the flicker free is delivered also. Auto focus is quite good and ease of use is good when altering positioning of the cam. As a new streamer on Twitchtv and having a extremely small budget for hardware, I 2anted a camera in the sub $100 price range with good pic quality and ease of use. I needed it to work with my Xbox one without any worries of software install or upgrades and updates. I GOT EXACTLY THAT!! I researched for a few days and watched many a YouTube videos in cameras, and this came up everytime as a strong performer. It's got good picture quality, 1080p, up to 60fps while streaming. Face tracking works, as well as pan and tilt options in the Logitech software. For mounting options, the C615 has a foldable bracket with rubber pads which hold it securely on an LCD monitor. The only downside I see to the 1080p mode, is that when recording at 1080p, the software automatically begins to compress the file at the conclusion of taking the video (and gives no option to cancel). Due to the fact that the Logitech software saves video files in Windows .wmv format, ) the 1080p files tend to be rather large, and a mere 25 sec 1080p test video I shot, converted to a 40mb file. There may be other 3rd party 1080p recording software out there that can enable recording in other formats however at the time of this wring, Ive not researched that solution. All in all, I'm very pleased with the C615 and I highly recommend it. One other downside to this camera is that when it is used for an extended period of time (lengthy skype sessions) the camera gets warm and the auto-focus tends to stick, which is why I rated the camera 4 stars.

Easy to set up. Good high definition camera and good sound quality. I was surprised at just how good it was for such a small item. Only downside cable is a little on the short side approx. 94cms to tip of usb. I use Windows 10 and for what I want occasional zoom meetings this camera is perfect. It sits nicely on top of the screen and you can swivel the camera 360 degrees so you can adjust the angle which makes up for the short cable. It will also accommodate a tripod if required. Yes it does fold and in such a way that the camera itself is protected and is portable, but is a little bulky for a pocket but fine for a bag.

The quality of this web-cam is worth more than its sale price. However, it is a wide-angle HD, so face close-ups are very difficult from a PC monitor distance of 30 inches. Logitech offers a variety of camera control software, like a zoom feature, but as of December 2022, it does not work in Windows 11. It comes with a USB 3.0 blue connector and may not perform as well from a USB 2.0 (white) socket. I was able to return my C615 quickly with a pre-paid RMA from the vendor and received a full refund within 10 days. Within the Logitech range of web-cams, I have owned both a C270 (no auto-focus & lower resolution) and a C922 Pro HD Stream with satisfaction.

Seller does not state that these are either used or reconditioned but they obviously are. Beware. Buy at your own risk. I will be testing these out immediately and if they do not work they are going right back. If they do work, the price was okay so I'll probably keep them. I do not like to be misled though. Walmart should not allow this to be happening. This is not the first review saying the same thing. How many red flags do they need to have a talk with the seller?

After spending a while trying to get this to work with my macbook that runs on High Sierra OS 10.13.x I ended up having to google. After a couple hours research, it seem that Logitech only produce software for this to work on OS 10.4. x and 10.5.x and if you use an OS on mac anything other than that, then you're stuck. You can force it to operate in some environments without app support but not all, and certainly not for the apps I need to use it on (eg Skype). Complete waste of money now sitting doing nothing as I believed the Officeworks statement that this was compatible for OS 10.5.x and above on Macs when it isn't at all. I thought this was a great deal for an HD webcam but, I guess you get what you pay for. I have a MacBook Pro with Ventura 13.0.1 and wanted to upgrade my camera. I had a little bit of difficulty setting it up, and I can't control it from GHub but it works ok. But the picture wasn't nearly as clear as I had expected--I can see grainy lines. I tried different light settings on the Litra, natural light, desk lamp, room lights, but it's still grainy. I don't think it's any better than the built in camera on my laptop. I have the C920s on my desktop (Mac mini, also on Ventura) and the quality is way better. I switched it around to see if it was my MacBook but the C615 is grainy on the desktop as well.
