While working all day, every day on a computer. I've had a gaming mouse, an ergonomic mouse, and a vertical mouse. When my new mouse started to show signs that it was on its way out, I spent a lot of time to find hassle free mouse. This one had really good reviews and I'm so glad I gave it a shot. I have liked it and highly recommend it. If you are on the search for a new mouse, gaming, ergonomic, or otherwise, you will be liking it too..The shape feels very natural in my hand. I've had intermittent issues with wrist and shoulder, that's why I did the vertical mouse, but so far this one has been very easy on my joints. It's made with a soft coating to improve grip. I find this very comfortable for hands..

My husband gave me this mouse as a gift 2 years ago, and it became my favorite right after I opened the gift. The buttons and scroll wheel provide a satisfying click, making navigation and control effortless. This mouse offers smooth and precise tracking on virtually any surface, including glass. It fits comfortably in the hand, and the design is sleek and modern. The color options are vibrant yet tasteful, adding a touch of personality to the device. I use it for work every day, and the battery's life is no joke. It lasts for a very long time. Love it!

Previously for the last 10 years or so, I have been using a wired trackball mouse. This has been very ergonomical but over the years, I have noticed that my productivity has been hampered by only having the right and left click buttons with the trackball in the middle. In the last couple of months, I have been on the lookout for a new mouse and I have been considering a wireless mouse too. However, having not really used one before I did have reservations with how reliable the connection is and the battery life. As such, I decided to go for it. I used this mouse for around 3 weeks now and I have to say the experience has been great. The reservations I originally had has not materialised, the connection via the enclosed wifi dongle has been stable with no lagging, even when I turn off the mouse and quickly turn-it-back-on, the pointer appears on screen / connection establishes in less than a second and immediately usable. It took roughly 3 hours to fully charge it and even now, the battery is shown to be full via the Logitech software (there is no indicator on the battery life on the device itself). The different customisable buttons have been very useful, especially the scroll wheels (vertical and horizontal), which I did not have before. Using this mouse to interact with my Windows 10 system is so much easier now. Whilst it is not as large as my previous trackball mouse, it is still large enough that my hand is not cramped over it (compared to a standard mouse), and my hand comfortably rests on top and at a more natural angle. Overall, I cannot believe it has taken me this long to get this and I highly recommend this if you are looking for a productivity mouse.

I know this review is after this original version has been replaced by the MX 2 and 2s (even the budget 2s AMZ marketing hoypalloy)... but I am still seeking out and buying this original version as I have not yet found anything to surpass it yet. But why? The pros are many... with the obvious portability, the breakthrough Darkfield tracking on ANY surface including clear glass, the appropriately positioned extra thumb buttons, not least the left right clicking/fly wheel that is so useful whilst scan/finding info in docs, large spreadsheets and Web pages... But the killer Pro is the little known fact that whilst it has two AA battery slots, it runs perfectly adequately on a single AA, in either slot... none of the charging business or irreplaceable batteries inside ... MoreI know this review is after this original version has been replaced by the MX 2 and 2s (even the budget 2s AMZ marketing hoypalloy)... but I am still seeking out and buying this original version as I have not yet found anything to surpass it yet. But the killer Pro is the little known fact that whilst it has two AA battery slots, it runs perfectly adequately on a single AA, in either slot... none of the charging business or irreplaceable batteries inside as today's versions. Built in obsolescence to make a buck imo nowadays. Not to. mention the dongle stores inside and closing the sensor shuts the mouse off... totally..! The only Con however is the known issue of the microswitch... My left click now more often than not actually double clicks... really annoying when using spreadsheets or dragging... That is the reason I seek them out (and have dropped it by a star}) ... to take out the buttons of even broken ones and solder new life into my trusty steed Replace withnew PTFE feet and voila another 3 years of trouble free mousing around. Yes I have now sought and bought a supply of new omicron microswitches because it is quite rare to see it being sold on ebay nowadays, but when I see one I can't resist buying it...either a shiny or the less common matt finish version... I love it..! Well done Logitech... any chance of a similar Anywhere MX3 in the pipeline? I hope so.
I shopped around for a new mouse to replace a more expensive one that finally gave up the ghost. I've always liked Logitech products for their reliability and competitive prices. This mouse is comfortable, operates either via Bluetooth or wireless. My only complaint is that the recharging it can be a challenge. The receiving end of the cord is pretty well hidden and is a bit hard to work with. Since the a charge lasts a very long time, this isn;t a regular issue. I recommend the mouse highly.
I had high hopes for this mouse as a work desktop mouse (not for gaming). I had a Logitech G500 for the longest time and that mouse, known for it's eventual double clicking issues, finally failed on me. I though this mouse looked like it would be just as comfortable so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately it could not live up to the high expectations of the G500 and I have returned it. The good: Its battery life is outstanding. Out of the box I never had to charge it over the several days that I used it before returning it. The wireless reception was spot on and I never had tracking issues. The mouse glided smoothly on my mouse mat. Overall response was excellent. The software and customizable buttons worked well too. Easy to program macros or predefined commands such as minimize all windows, forward/back, etc. The mouse also has a strange function on the scroll wheel where you can set it to unlock the 'clicking' mode and slip to smooth scrolling if you roll the mouse while fast. I didn't like this option and luckily it can be turned off in the software settings (initially I thought the scroll wheel was broken because it's set to do this by default and you need the software to turn it off). The issue I didn't like was if the wheel was on click, and then I scrolled fast and the click disabled, then I would have to press the button to activate the click again. Very annoying to me. The bad: The mouse is very heavy, especially in the back where the battery lives. Over time I definitely suffered wrist fatigue from using this mouse. Also, I like to grip my mouse in a claw fashion (rather than laying my palm completely down on the mouse). This allows me to move the mouse short distances with my fingers without having to move my wrist. It's just something I developed over the years and is intuitive to me. But because of the size of this mouse, my fingers really had to curl up to hold the mouse properly, again causing hand fatigue. And for some reason, the way the mouse is laid out, my index finger kept wanting to lay on the right side of the left mouse button so clicking the left button didn't feel natural, I kept having to move my finger over to click it. I could never get the side scroll wheel to work, not sure if there was something I was missing in the software settings. But I'm not sure I would have liked that anyway, there is a lot of resistance in that wheel and trying to move it with my thumb took too much effort. And the side buttons are not positioned well. They are behind the scroll wheel and they are way too close to each other. So to use them, I really had to bend my thumb backwards, and then feel for the correct button (top or bottom), but they weren't differentiated enough to make it easy to pick the correct one. I had to pause and think about where my thumb was, rather than just be able to click and go. Overall, just not a mouse that fit my hand well and was too heavy. Others may enjoy this mouse and it did have a lot going for it, but I needed to move on.
Having used the Performance MX version for a number of years (works flawlessly) I decided to try the 'step-up' Master MX3. After reading many reviews of this $99 model, in one of those reviews I saw a reference to the previous MX2s, which compared the two and posed the question: "Is the MX3 worth the additional $40?" The respondent stated "no". Based on that advice (and with the dollar amount being important) I chose the MX 2s. I've used it for over a week now and I love it! Yes, the horizontal scroll wheel is smaller and the "forward-back" buttons a little harder to find with your thumb, it still works fine for my uses. The battery lights still indicate 'full-charge' after a week of daily use and the setup software resides nicely on my taskbar if I need to change a ... MoreHaving used the Performance MX version for a number of years (works flawlessly) I decided to try the 'step-up' Master MX3. The battery lights still indicate 'full-charge' after a week of daily use and the setup software resides nicely on my taskbar if I need to change a button assignment. The many options available for button assignments will more than meet the demands of most users. The mouse feels good under my palm with top, vertical scroll wheel falling just under my index finger as it should. As with my previous Performance MX, it can spin freely to navigate quickly from top to bottom of a page, or, if you choose, it can be set to accurately scroll one line (or even one pixel) at a time. For my digital photo retouching, I find this mouse to be an important tool in my everyday work.
Been looking to buy this mouse for a while, but I, previously have never spent over 20 on a computer mouse before hence my hesitation on buying this. Regardless, I went out and bought it and I must say, it is definitely well worth the 70. I am currently at university doing mechanical engineering which involves a lot of CAD work, spreadsheets, word processing and also coding and honestly, this mouse has just made everything so convenient. To start off with, the programmable buttons are very useful. Not only are all the buttons programmable, they can be programmed differently for various different applications and the button configuration changes automatically and accordingly to the application you are currently using which I found incredibly useful and handy. Not only are all the buttons programmable, they can be programmed differently for various different applications and the button configuration changes automatically and accordingly to the application you are currently using which I found incredibly useful and handy. The shape isn't the most ergonomic shape, however is still very nice and comfortable to hold. It also has a much more premium feel to it as well. Now, I cannot brag enough about the scroll wheel-it 'clicks' like a normal mouse when you scroll slowly, however when you scroll faster, it starts to freewheel! The sensitivity of this can be changed in the software. This is done by a motor inside the mouse which just goes to show how well designed this mouse is! Those are just the main aspects of the mouse I personallylove and those alone made up for the money I spent, but there are other features which I really like. All in all, highly recommended mouse! Also, surprisingly extremely good value for money!
This mouse is perfect. Doesn't have buttons by the thumb that is too close because other mice I've tried always have forward and back button on top of thumb where anybody can press them. It's more precise especially the scroll wheel. The button behind it can disengage the ratcheting at a moments notice and when you scroll it very fast, as in flick of the finger, it disengages to let it spin freely for fast scroll. The flat area the thumb sits on is a button to. It's easy to lift up without touching any buttons near the thumb. Has good weight to it. The software is easy to use and adjust any setting you want it to do. There is tiny 3 lights in front of the thumb area to let you know how low the battery is and it holds a charge for days. Cheap mice has it's flaws which shows you get what you pay for.
The condition of the mouse is perfect. Shipping is fast. This is the best mouse in the Logitech laptop mouse lineup. All subsequent models are just trash compared to the first version.
