Lupin flour is amazing for the keto diet and following a low carb diet. I can bake sweet and savoury goods with it. It does give everything a yellow colour so bread looks a bit yellow. I baked some amazing ginger biscuits which turned out great. My mum is gluten free and I can make us tasty cakes and biscuits with the lupin flour. My only negative is that Lotus have changed their recipe for choc chip cookies on the back of the packaging to include oats, which means that I can't eat them. I would love to have that recipe again as those cookies are perfect!
