Thank you for making a product for hippy babies. This was not available for my first daughter in 2017 and we struggled with sleep and her harness. I’m very pleased with
this sleep sack. The torso portion is a bit too long and does bunch up. This product also needs to be available on amazon because the shipping from the website was very
slow. Hoping more colors and a slightly shorter torso portion are in future iterations of this. I would recommend this to all parents with a pavlik baby.

These are wonderful. The bottom is large enough to accommodate a harness, a “taco†brace, or a regular baby. I love that the arms are not strapped to the side and
allow some movement but not too much. I feel like the arm movement would mimic the room inside the Uterus to an extent. I have named it an angel 😇 suit. We put her
little arms in, and I call them wings. You can handle just having one which we did at first, but having 3 gives us less stress if anything happens unexpectedly at night. She will
still wear these after the braces they are so great.

We used the Love to Dream regular swaddle for my baby and he loved it because he hated having his arms straight down in traditional swaddles. We would put him in it and
he immediately knew it was nap time and went right to sleep. After his diagnosis of hip dysplasia I was so stressed wondering how he’d be able to sleep at night. Then I
found that you make a swaddle just like his other, only this one accommodates his hip harness he will have to wear at night until 6 months old. He had such a hard fine
adjusting to the harness and was not sleeping AT ALL at night except on my chest, so I was getting no sleep. About a week in we received our new Love to Drea... Show more

If your baby uses a binky this swaddle can cause more problems than it’s worth. She always manages to hit her binky out of her mouth because her hands are up by her face. This wakes her up because the binky then sits near her mouth because it gets caught by her hands. This stimulates her rooting reflex indefinitely and causes her to wake up. If your baby doesn’t use a binky, this obviously won’t be a problem for you. The sack is also a little too big, as in long. So if bunches up at her chest and neck and folds over which I don’t love and I can imagine isn’t the most comfortable for her. I wish it came in a slightly smaller size. For reference, my baby is currently 2 months old, 10 lbs, and 21 inches long. I wish they made one like a normal swaddle with the arms down that was big enough for the harness. For now we’re mostly using an embe swaddle and doing it up through the middle of her legs. It works pretty well we just need a blanket on top of her to keep her legs warm. Good luck to all of you pavlik mamas out there!... Show more

When our daughter was diagnosed with hip dysplasia, we were at a bit of a loss -- we are first time parents, were already struggling with lack of sleep and a baby needing a lot of our attention, and were worried we'd have to do it without one of the best tools to calm her down: a swaddle. Almost nobody makes good products (chairs, clothes, etc) for babies in this situation. The Swaddle Up Hip Harness was such a relief: not only does the product work AMAZINGLY for our baby to get a good night's sleep, but it just felt good that somebody out there cared enough to make a product for our baby in this condition. My guess is Love To Dream doesn't turn much of a profit on this product -- the price is affordable and yet the market is so small. I bought this swaddle for my daughter after a rough first few nights in her Pavlik harness. While other swaddles can work with the harness, they require some rigging. This is specifically designed with room for her leg positioning. I was nervous for her arms to be up (instead of swaddled down at her sides), but the arm/hand placement is actually a happy medium for her between arms down and arms out. Most important: Her sleep has improved tremendously. Whether that's due to her being a few weeks older, more used to the harness, or this swaddle...who really knows. BUT! I'm thankful for the swaddle and will be buying the non-harness version after she's out of the Pavlik.... Show more

Brilliant. We LOVE Love to
8 March 2022
Brilliant. We LOVE Love to Dream. We were using a second hand 1 tog transitional that I'd found on marketplace in the interim and once this pack arrived and we were back into the 2.5 tog, my little one was back to whole night sleeps. The only reason i've given 4 stars is because it would be FAB if you could customise this set with sizes and TOG ratings. i.e. recycling the same 2.5 tog transitional swaddle and having to get it washed and dried before that night is hard. Also, by the time my little guy will fit in the sleep suit, it might actually be too hot here for him to wear it. We would have got more use out of it if it were current size and 2.5 tog.... Love our swaddles. Work perfectly with our DDB brace. Unlike other brands, I was happy to find LTD caters to newborns that have been diagnosed early. My only criticism is that there is no 0.2 option which has meant we’ve had to go swaddle free on those warmer nights.... Show more

Overall great for Pavlik Harness
18 August 2023
A great option for baby with hip dysplasia in Pavlik Harness. Just needs to be slightly pulled up around hips for my baby to ensure they can remain in the correct position. This could be due to my baby’s height. I also find I need to pull down the front of the suit need to neck due to adjusting hip level.... Show more

This is my third baby with Hip Dysplasia, but the first time I have used Love to Dream Swaddles. I absolutely 100% regret not purchasing one of these for my two older children whilst they were undergoing their treatment for their hips. My baby instantly feels calm when placed in her swaddle each night, she is sleeping longer and waking up a happy baby. We love our Love to Dream Swaddles.... Show more
