Easy delivery, mattress is comfy enough. Unfortunately when I unwrapped this brand new mattress from the cellophane there was a mark in the middle. Not sure how as it should be straight from warehouse to door. Sigh.

Prompt and hassle free delivery. Mattress was really comfortable and delightfully soft to sleep on, we purchased this for the new spare bed in our home and my parents who are staying with us long term have raved about how comfortable it is every morning. We have since ordered two more to upgrade our childrens mattresses they are currently at a fantastic and we are so impressed by the first one we ordered.

A fantastic quality mattress by Luxopedic. Bought two for my daughters and they said the mattresses are very comfortable to sleep on. Good firm base with soft cushion top. They arrived compressed and rolled up and watching them inflate was fun.
This is a beautiful mattress with a soft luxurious feel. I bought these for my children who love the softness. I would probably go for a firmer feel. It just depends what you like but we're happy with the purchase.

We absolutely love the new mattress that we brought, its like magic how it expands when it comes out of the packaging. It is extremely comfortable to the point where my daughter finds it hard to get out of bed - not sure if this is good or bad for me! Excellent value for money - looking to buy a second one for the spare room.
Way tooo soft, unstable, tendency to move you to middle, bad support, overpriced by a lot.We paid around $500, real price should be no more then $300. If I can I would return it. Build quality simse OK, but longivity unproved.Conclusion: shop around, stay away, not what we expected at all.

It was our first bed in a box and my husband was worried that it wouldn’t fit… but once it expanded it was fine. It’s very comfortable once in the bed, but I’ve found the edges too sit on… I’m used to sitting on the side of my bed and now I can’t… once in the bed however the edge is fine and it’s very supportive to lie down in. I’m just teaching myself not to sit on the edge anymore. As a bed, it feels lovely, soft yet firm?!? We are both really happy with it and realize our last bed was probably too hard as we both sleep so much better.
