Bottom line, you wear earplugs to keep out noise. Sadly, these do not keep out noise at all. Still heard hubby snoring and every other noise. I'll be returning these.

I live in a high rise, and my neighbors constantly slam their doors. Instead of jolting out of a deep sleep, I’m able to dream away. Very soft and comfortable. I’m a side sleeper and these do not hurt my ears. Thank you MAC’S!

These work so well! I use them after a long day and to help me sleep. My ears are hypersensitive. With these, I can hear just enough. (wash hands, compress plug, reach opposite arm over head to pull top of ear up to straighten canal opening, insert with free hand, hold until plug expands) voila!

What I like: these are so soft, like little marshmallows ! I like that they are not as long as some full size ear plugs. What I don't like as much: I wanted smaller ones, however, these are really to small, I mean to narrow. Maybe better for children, but still comfortable for sleeping.
I have small ear canals and find these the most comfortable ear plugs yet. While they dont block out my snoring husband (!) they do muffle the noise a bit! While disposable earplugs arent very environmentally friendly at least these can be used more than once. Ill be buying some more because I havent yet found anything better. One day perhaps someone will invent the perfect snore blocker...til then Ill use Mack Dreamgirls! Also like the little case that came with them... very feminine!
A couple months ago my husband started snoring and ever since I have been getting terrible sleep. I would dread going to bed and would get exhausted tossing and turning for hours before being able to be so tired that I fell asleep despite the snoring. I tried regular ear plugs and they helped a little bit but it still hurt to wear them because they would be so big I couldn’t get them small enough to fit in my ear canal and even when I could sometimes they would pop out because they would be so long that they would be sticking out of my ear and cat on my pillow. I would wake up with sore ears when I managed to be able to keep them in. Then I saw these and realized that it would be such a problem solver. These are the solution for me!My left ear aches after an hour with the beige earplugs (but my right ear is fine with the beige ones).I searched for years to find earplugs for sensitive ears - these are the answer! I may look funny with one beige earplug and one pink one, but I don't care. I am in blissful comfort without pain or noise.
Fast delivery low price. What makes an earplug work well is the expansion to size in the ear canal if you have a large head large ears or a large ear canal you'll find these will not work for you. If you use them anyway you might require tweezers to get them out. I'm not knocking them they are Pinker they're softer and probably more comfortable for kids who have difficulty sleeping. Because it is a specialty Market you'll find these are discounted or less expensive. If your over 5 feet 2 inches I would recommend going for the full size this company makes very good full size skin tone Light tan plugs and safety orange.
I have been using Macks earplugs for many years. I started with regular ones (super uncomfortable), then the purple slim ones (a massive improvement) and now these! I think I must have very narrow ear canals because the latter 2 types often gave me ear pain during the night. These new "Dreamgirl" ones are much much better - they don't seem to be as painful, although if they manage to work their way out slightly, I do end up feeling them. As long as you make sure they are inserted properly into the ear canal, they work a treat! I generally get 3-4 uses from one pair before having to throw them out. A great product I bought a jar of 50 pairs in the end!
I initially purchased this brand because I could get a smaller ear plug. However, this package seems to be more for children than adults. I used one pair and they did not filter out much noise at all. Not satisfied with this purchase.
