I brought this product about a month ago, Use it every day after a long day at work,I come home and use this after I've showered using the Magees soap! And I just feel so relaxed,Does leave a little bit of a residue on hands but just rinses straight off, I love this product!

My husband works long days and has tired muscles daily, this spray works a treat and is fast absorbing!
Fast and easy way to get more magnesium into body/diet. You can rinse off or wear all day. Tingles slightly which is normal for magnesium on skin and goes away in 10 minutes.
I have used oils that have had to be rubbed on before and found it to be not so user friendly. The spray is much more user friendly.

Calling it magnesium OIL I was expecting an almost coconut oil like consistency to gently rub into the skin whereas it is not an oil at all, it's magnesium mixed with water so you're essentially spraying a water base solution onto the skin - they should just call this magnesium spray
Easy to use. Feels smooth and non-greasy. Will know if it provides my magnesium needs after the next blood test.
I did not know of it until physio recommended it's use
