I started taking 2 or 3 a day and around the same time developed a daily headache. I didn't make the link as headaches are not highlighted as a side effect in the research. I got really worried about the headaches, until I stopped taking the Mg and they went away. Duh! Now I take only one a day. I might try upping that to 2 to see whether they start again. They definitely increase my focus and recall.

I have been purchasing products from this company for the past 2 years because they offer a great service that always has vitamins and other health products that are good for your body and works so well. I like that my immune system and improved since I have been taking their products. I like that they always have sales on their product and I can get some vitamins 2 for 1. I definitely recomemnd this company and their products.

My doctor recommended this particular type of magnesium because everything I had tried to stop cramps in my legs had not worked. Of course there were several companies to choose from, I can't say how happy that I chose Piping Rock. In less than a week, the cramps that I was having were completely gone.

MAGNESIUM IS A MUST FOR ALL MEN AND WOMEN
Almost done with the first bottle, but haven't seen any positive effects yet. I cannot take the one capsule before bed. I get stomach cramps when I wake up, if I do. I just take all three in the morning.
I’ve been taking Magnesium L-Threnate Magtein 2000mg twice aday for a month. I have seen improvement in my eye sight, anxiety. I’m sure there are other things that doesn’t come to mind. It’s well worth the price. Try it and see.
Excellent product at a great price!
The most obvious observation is that I no longer get cramps in my toes at night. With other forms of magnesium I still did. With that I feel it is affecting other elements of my body. Since magnesium helps glutathione work better I do want the best.
