Maison Margiela Replica Beach Vibes Candle 165g

This beautifully designed (and aesthetically pleasing) candle is divine! I love the scent - it really catches a true beachy vibe with notes of ylang-ylang, musk, bergamot, and coconut milk. It’s a candle I truly love having out year round, especially as someone who lives away from the beach in an area with cold winters. Truly impressed with how Maison Margiela was able to capture the essence and feeling of days out in the sun on the water in a neat little package.

Lovely candle, just took a star off because the scent isn't personally for me. It's a lovely soft smell with salt and coconut vibes. It's slightly sweet and has a feminine feeling. It makes me think of coconut body lotion in the summer. The candle itself is gorgeous and feels heavy in the hand. The smell diffuses great, fills the whole room.

I love it but not your typical beach scent

So I’ve had this candle for a WHILE. It has a very strong scent, so I would only let this light in a closed off room for like 1.5 hours tops. It is marketed as a beachy scent, but it doesn’t really smell beachy. I LOVE the scent but it is more perfume than airy fresh coastal scent. Obviously, that isn’t what Replica candles are though, so I understand. (It’s not supposed to smell like the beach it’s supposed to capture the overall essence of beaches if that makes sense) But I would definitely try to smell this in person before buying.

Love This Candle

The Maison Margiela Replica Beach Vibes scented candle is one that I am absolutely in love with. It smells like sea salt and sand with a hint of flowers. That is what I smell when the scent envelopes the room as the candle burns. I know scent and fragrance is a personal choice but if this was given to me as a holiday gift I would not be sad I would absolutely be thrilled so this candle is a great gift idea to give or get someone. Even in the middle of winter I reach for my summer time candles! I am though a beach lover. Thank you to BzzAgent for the free sample I am addicted to this candle and will be purchasing many others.

Outstanding

I currently own a Beach Vibes perfume by Maison Margiela and I love it.The fragrance is fresh and crisp with some musky notes.The design of this candle is simply gorgeous. It’s more than a candle, to me it accessorizes my home. I usually repurpose the beautiful glass container too. It claims that it burns up to 40 hours, which seems to be quite accurate because the burning speed is pretty slow. It almost hurts to burn these beautiful candles, so I do that only during special moments. I think this luxurious candle is worth the hype and the price considering the brand.

Powerful Throw and Aesthetic Packaging

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. Let's address the price point first. Do I think this candle or any candle is worth $60+? No probably not. I would probably not buy this candle without some sort of deal or if I was buying a gift for someone. I chose my rating regardless of price, as this is a very high quality candle with the cleanest burn I've ever seen and I am a self-confessed candle addict; I wanted to review purely the product whether I agree with the price point or not. The packaging is so cute and classy with the classic fabric patch label the same as the perfume bottles. I want to first touch on the price of the candle. I’m not sure I would pay $62 for a single 1 wick candle. With that said, it is the nicest candle I’ve ever burned. It’s nice as far as packaging, the clean and classy look, the incredible smell and the longevity of the burn time. The scent is really lovely and clean scented. It doesn’t have any of that overly scented suntan lotion kind of smell. Instead it’s a salty beach with warm winds blowing through the trees kind of a scent. It’s clean and fresh with some depth because of the heliotrope and bergamot that round out the beginning and end notes. I was so impressed with the throw of the scent when burning. Salty vibes

If you’re missing effortless days laying on the beach, this Replica candle will take you back. It’s salty but not overpowering where it can sometimes veer into soapy territory. I love that they paired that salty scent with musk which is a nice and surprising combo. It lasts and burns evenly which I like. The worst is when you have to keep adjusting the wick! I like burning this and getting in an epsom salt bath!

Strong beach scent with a trendy brand

This is the candle that is Instagram worthy. If you are looking for a candle that looks classy and expensive on your vanity or table, this is the one. It happens to also have a strong scent. Even before opening the box which had clear packaging around it, you could smell a salty, beachy scent. There is a slight floral note, but more apparent smelling the unlit candle. At times, when it is burning, the scent is not as obvious, but it does move around the room. Once the candle is used, you can clean out the glass and use it as a lipstick or brush holder.

Very masculine

I wanted to try a new Diptyque flavor & I'm glad I did. This scent is very unique. Smells like pine & juniper. It's masculine. My boyfriend likes this candle a lot. I like to light it & put it in the bathroom so when he gets home he can smell it when he showers. I prefer Jasmine, Choisya & Eucalyptus. I want to try Oranger next. I probably wouldn't repurchase this scent.
