First of all, the glass vessels of the Margiela candles are really nice and chic. The jazz club candle has an insane throw, even unlit it fills the room. The smell itself is very perfume-y but not artificial. At first I was worried this candle would be too strong but I’ve grown to love it. It burns pretty well with some minimal tunneling, which was easily fixed with some tinfoil. Took off one star because it is so perfume-y but it is a very good quality candle. If strong scents are your thing, you will love this candle.

A Special Candle

I bought this candle about a month or two ago. I have lit it twice. When it is not lit the smell still goes around my bedroom. If you want a subtle smell, i'd encourage another product. I prefer strong smells so am pleased. Recommended - the jar is cool too. I will keep the jar when it's finished. It's a bit expensive but a nice treat!

Amazing fragrance

I really like candles. I recently tried Maison Margiela Replica Jazz Club Scencted candle. I opened the box and its smell amazing. Only disappointment was the candle glass broken. Packaging of such good candle is very bad. I was very excited for the Replica Candle but broken glass made me upset. Though I just removed the candle from the glass and put in another glass. I lighted the candle and fragrance was very amazing. I just makes my mood happy. I would recommend to buy it.

Great scent!

I love this candle! Replica, Jazz Club is one of my favorite scents. I use the perfume all the time and was very excited to see a candle with the same scent. It smells feminine and masculine at the same time. It has a sweet yet woody and spicy scent. It makes the room smell rich and mature. The wax burns evenly and it doesn't burn to quickly. I had it burning for 3 hours and the wax barely went down. I'm burning it slower now so I can savor the scent. The smell fills the room nicely and lingers for a couple hours.

It is a hit or miss

I had different expectations when I received this candle. The smell is not off putting but it isn’t an amazing scent to me. However my friends love the smell so I think its a personal preference kind of issue. I wouldn’t buy it again but I will still use it up. The smell reminds me too much of chestnuts. I wish it had more of an edge to it or some kind of kick to it. If there was ever a candle that smelled too smooth to me it would be this candle.

I’ve been in love with this scent for so long!!! I ordered the beach walk perfume based on reviews and then on one of my visits to Sephora I smelled the jazz club and it blew me away! I sprayed it on me from top to bottom!That’s why I was so excited to received the Maison Margiela Replica Jazz Club Scented Candle, I want everything to smell like this if possible. It’s so warm, definitely unisex, modern, it smells like an attractive man, you can smell the candle even when its not lit! When lit it has a great throw, it burns evenly and fills up the room with its sensual aroma, I always burn it for about an hour and that’s all it takes for your house to smell amazing for hours

Luxury in a candle

The projection of the Maison Margiela candles is truly unbelievable!! The scent comes through even while the candle is in its box and when lit, it projects throughout the house. I have the scent Jazz Club which as a perfume is so unique and stunning, but as a candle it creates an intoxicating, cozy, luxurious, boozy atmosphere. I always light it when I have guests over while chatting over drinks in our home bar and it adds so much to the overall atmosphere and experience. The candle packaging is so classy and sophisticated as well and makes for a stunning display piece. I’ve gotten so many compliments and have purchased back-ups of this candle and definitely want to try out their other scents as well.

STRONG

I fell in love with this fragrance when I experienced it as toiletries in a boutique hotel and couldn't get it out of my mind. I was so excited to have a version of it at home and it smells just like I remember. But HOLY HELL this baby is STRONG. I live in 1-bedroom apartment and just unboxing the candle filled my entire home with scent. I haven't even lit it yet! I'm going to pack it away and only bring it out only occasionally so I don't get overwhelmed or tired of the scent. Definitely a lot of bang for the buck, though.

I fell in love with Maison Margiela's fragrance line, Replica, a while back and have tried just about every scent released by them. The Jazz club fragrance is on a level of its own and no other candle holds a candle to this one. It is a scent that wafts throughout the room and takes you to a place of contentment and joy while still keeping everyone in a state of old-school blissfulness, a time when things were a little less tumultuous and more social.
