So pleased I got this. The kit is worth the extra money, the router is powerful, surprisingly quiet and the battery life is impressive. Dust collection is excellent changing the bit and setting depth is easy and accurate. If you have other 18v Makita stuff don’t hesitate. If not, switch!

aucune problem, tres bon qualite. LED sont excellent, le poid est d’accord. Fourni avec les collet 6 et 8mm. J’ai achete une collet 1/4¨ chez amazon pour moin de 10 euro car j’avais les frais de cette taille deja. One thing I thought might be an issue was the narrow base- it’s easy enough to make your own one though, I saw the offset base in the instruction booklet and made a copy of that using plastic roughly the same thickness as the supplied base, using that as a template for the holes. Cut out holes sand edges, countersink for screws and fit a handle. It’s easier to keep flat on the workpiece with the wider base.
